Food was very good, service really bad I wait for my food for 1 and a half I was in shock to be honest, I would love to say I will come back because the food was yummy but service was awful

You definitely need to make a reservation or you could have a long wait. We were seated within 10 minutes of our reservation time. The food was good and not over priced. The service was also good. There’s a full menu to choose from and they even have a happy hour.

We had a lovely brunch at Gus's this morning. We were greeted by our favorite hostess - Kate - and she while she seated us for our brunch, she reserved a visit for the dinner for the shopping center's tree lighting ceremony in early December. What a great idea and it gives us something special to look forward to in a few weeks. Our server Kevin was wonderful as he has been in the past and the pace of our brunch and service was lovely. And the managers and other servers stopped for a brief hello and to check on us when they wandered by. All in all, it was a beautiful place to have our first meal of the day and we were surrounded by friendly and attentive staff who made certain we felt cared for and about! Thank you!

I'm leaving this review just to rave about the blackened salmon salad, a main-course-sized dish that I had for my main (and only) course for dinner tonight. The salad is described on the menu as "Blackened salmon, kale, mixed greens, quinoa, red bell pepper, tomato, cucumber, sliced grapes, dill, smoked tomato vinaigrette." This salad is amazing - tons of flavor, perfectly mixed combination of the ingredients, and great dressing, combining to make as tasty and fun a salad as I have ever had for a main course. The salmon is a fine piece of salmon, and the blackening is first-rate, but the salad is the star. It's a large salad, and a nice piece of salmon; I was satisfied when I finished it, and I'm not a small guy. To encounter this fine, and obviously healthy (no cheese, no fried onion rings, no other interlopers), a salad in a barbecue joint made me think, as to the salad, "What are you doing here?" Normally at Gus's I order the brick chicken, because it's how-could-I-order-anything-else great. But I must remember to mix it up with the blackened salmon salad regularly, because that's great too.
