Since 1946, Gus’s has been serving true Southern hospitality and some of the best real pit BBQ around. Housed in the iconic Claremont Packing House, Gus’s is a tribute to Southern life, where family, tradition and celebration are of the utmost importance. Our team can stay to take care of set up, cleanup, and everything in between, working hard to ensure that you and your guests are able to sit back and enjoy a no-fuss gathering filled with fresh and delicious BBQ! Whether we are celebrating your big day or catering your office party we strive to bring a touch of Southern Hospitality to any event through a collaborative process that accommodates each event’s unique needs. 2nd time to eat at this location, but 1st time to be sitting outside. It was perfect! Our waiter, Aces, was great! 3 of us had breakfast; 1 had the blackened Salmon salad. The food was fine. The location is great.

upon going home after dinner, my stomach was feeling upset believe the pulled pork had an effect as that was the last thing I ate stomach pain for two days

Dude food was great! Alyssa was the slowest! The booth next to us had 3 different parties in the time it took for us get our order. She’s lovely but maybe overwhelmed with too much? We have no idea but we had to rearrange our plans for the entire night after dinner because we were there for so long!

Great food and atmosphere. Arrived for my reservations and Angelica took us to our table immediately, waited at most 2mins. Had the brisket and baby back ribs. Food tasted amazing and was served quickly. Will def be returning.

Food was really good! And so was the atmosphere. The Mac and cheese was mid but I honestly don’t expect much unless they’re know for it. 9/10!
