Excellent service, SHARON, took good care of us, filling our glasses and clearing the table. Food was great, couldn't eat anymore. Birthday cake was greatly appreciated. Seating was great, quiet. Will come back again and again for sure.

Good value for price. Food was good and had lots of variety for the price. Water and coffee included in price. Service was average at best. Our water glasses did not get refilled and had to get up to ask for coffee. Would eat here again for a filling / delicious meal at a great price.

Good value for the money; staff are very friendly, accommodating and attentive; all the food tasted great (the Yorkshire puddings were dry but fine with gravy) and there was a good variety of dishes; we were there on prime rib night (Sunday) and the prime rib was cooked to perfection; the desert selection and quality was outstanding; and the food was presented and arranged in an appealing way. It is a buffet, not fine dining, but the ambiance was the best we've ever had at a buffet.

I found our dining experience at the Grey Eagle Casino Buffet to be excellent. The staff and food were awesome. One tip for visitors in the buffet room is to pick a table where the light doesn't shine directly on your table. We had to ask to get moved to a different table. This restaurant should have dimmers to lower the light. Over all it was a great evening with my family.

Typical buffet. Paid over $100 for two people so a bit on the pricy side.

Overall a good experience. We were taken aback when we were seated in a dark corner right next to the swinging doors of the kitchen. I did not make a reservation for a business event to be seated in the kitchen. Hostess was horrible, real attitude with the whole eye rolling facial expressions. Too bad as she is the reason I did not give them a 4 star or better!! We did get moved as there was ample seating in all sections of the restaurant, after our server agreed that the table was not adequate. Serving staff was excellent! I probably won’t bring business colleagues back to Grey Eagle.

Food was good, very very busy and noisy probably because it’s a long weekend. An automatic 18% added to the bill for 6 or more people which was fine but for a buffet I thought a little much. Apparently you’re only allotted 90 mins to eat and get out (they extended our time because one person was late) this would’ve been nice to know beforehand. So if you’re wanting to sit and visit a bit not the place to go. The restaurant was very well run but when that busy maybe more servers. Good overall

We came for an event so we made a reservation. Perhaps a separate line for those with reservations at check in desk? We stood in a giant line for 15 mins that didn't move because people were waiting to ask for a seat. We finally had to cut in front otherwise feared our reservation would be cancelled. Didn't really need to endure death stares and snarky comments simply because we thought to make a reservation.

This has been my go to restaurant for many many years. Good selection of food and good price point for an all you can eat. The waiting staff is absolutely lovely. I bring friends and business partners to this place for both lunch and dinner. Highly recommended. For those who don't know where to find the reservation lineup, its at the very front at the check in desk. There's a sign saying "Reservations and High Limit line up here". You do not need to wait in line with the other walk in people. Show up at the front desk and they will let you in. Indeed, some people in line will make snarky comments but this is the whole point of having a reservation. You have one, they don't. Let them grumble all they want.

Great place to go for a buffet. Nice, varied selection of food items. Hot & cold food choices, salads and desserts, all fresh. Great value. Would highly recommend. Make sure you make a reservation, as the walk-in lineup can be long!
