We’ve been making them our way since way back in 2001. Whether we’re flame grilling the best cuts of British beef, farm fresh chicken or purely plant-based, we’re all about the flavour. Toppings, we stack them high. And Sauces, we’re famous for them.

And it starts with the meat. But not just any. Ours are 100% British, grass-fed, hand-selected cuts of chuck, brisket, flank and 30-day dry-aged steak, chargrilled just how you like it. The burgers are really overprices for what they have to offer. It's nothing special, really, but they cost much more than in a pub or restaurant. It looks fine only on the menu, but costs blow up as you discover only a dry burger is included in the price. Unexpected service fee (10%+ to the bill, which is not the tip option) was also not nice to have. The waiting time was rather long. Atmosphere of a fast-food place with a lot of noice, can't really think why I would come back there.

The beef was pretty much non existent. We were 4 people eating and everyone said that the quality was very poor for the high price.

Self service via machines with throwaway plates. Not a great start to something that calls itself a gourmet burger restaurant. My chips weren’t very hot and my burger was fine but very small. I don’t like eating on throwaway plates for many reasons. The paper always sticks to something. Loo was dirty. Whole experience pre an evening at the New Theatre was disappointing
