GOURMET 4 is a food marketplace with quality, choice, and speed at its core. With our extensive research, it became clear that the traditional food industry was not meeting the expectation of Millennial and younger customers. The growth of online delivery organisations like Deliveroo and UberEats has radically changed the expectations of customers. Therefore our mission is to get these customers back into restaurants, by housing multiple, new, current food brands into one building like a food hall. Therefore, catering for everyone!

Shockingly bad food over an hour doing all the takeaway's first lots of just eat delivery men in etc. Over an hour wait for a pizza and chips partner got a free beer wish we had gone before food come. The kebab wasn't the right meat took it back no charge the pizza had sweetcorn on it not pineapple did swap it but no charge all we had was cheesy chips. Was awful do not recommend needs to be takeaway only if they get priority

Toilets inadequate. Tables were not cleaned/food taken away quick enough after we'd finished. Only young staff front of house so maybe not experienced. Dessert- cheesecake was frozen, had money knocked off bill for that. Won't return in a hurry.

Wasn’t a great experience seemed like it was run by young children with the young music blaring and we as for various drinks that they didn’t have I don’t think we will be returning such a shame really

The food was lovely and incredibly good value. The staff were helpful but not intrusive. Really enjoyed our visit here.

Poor service and food, chicken wings were cold and fries were missed off order . Expensive for what you get

Food is cheap and hot a large glass of wine for a good price. Other than that it was pretty awful. Wouldn't bother again.

I visited the Crewe branch today with my daughter. We were the only ones in there which wasn't a problem. We were given the menus and once we were approached by the waitress, she couldn't tell me what was in the loaded nachos!!!! Not a great start when waiting staff doesn't even know the dishes. I had to ask her to find out since the menu gave limited information. We ordered nachos as a starter, waited a fairly long time, then I noticed the burger we'd ordered out ready for collection..... Before our starter!! . When I confronted who I thought was the manager, she yelled from one side of the restaurant to the waitress who served us, to query the order! Not very professional. Nachos were OK. I ordered the chicken wings and was very disappointed when they arrived to see 12 small end of the wings rather than a selection of the knuckle and end pieces. No meat at all on the ends. Not value for money. Chips were tasteless. The venue is advertised as different street food companies, so gives you the impression of the likes of a street market in a shopping mall. Nope, everything cooked in one kitchen by the same chefs......... So how they can describe it as a revolution in dining is beyond me. All in all 3/10 and we won't be going back.

Looking at the menu we got excited. Ordering was simple through the waitress, my wife advised that she has to have a very low fat meal

Food was lovely and the waiter was too but the food took far too long. There was only us & another family in the whole place. Wouldn't even dream of going in there if it was bust. Abit of a let down.

Pizzas off the menu , so were all wings. Food took a long time to come even though we were the only ones in there. Skewers were dry
