Teníamos reservas para las 9::45 ya que Open table lo permitía. Apenas hicimos la reserva nos llamaron y nos dijeron que adelantáramos a las 9:30 y que a las 10 deberíamos dejar el restaurante. Una experiencia desagradable ya que tuvimos que atragantarnos con la comida para irnos. Los empleados limpiaban y cerraban el local mientras terminábamos de comer. Un desastre para ser de un chef reconocido

I left the restaurant feeling quite disappointed - I was unable to eat everything :) The food and service was fantastic, The staff were really friendly and helpful. All the food came really quick and was great and tasty, I did order too much though so no matter how much I tried I just could not finish my food. This is my second time eating at a Gordon Ramsey Street Burger Resturant and I hope not the last, Great food at a great price.

We received our drinks when we already had our food. We had to remind them we ordered water and ketchup. We got asked 3 times if we wanted any desserts but were never brought any dessert menus. The burgers were average and pretty small for the price. £7 for 7 small onion rings. And then got charged £27 in service charge! Wouldn’t return.

Food is excellent, staff are friendly, only problem is we had a 15% service charge (£7.84) added to the bill. Not quite sure what the service was as we ordered and paid for the food via an app. The only interaction we had with the staff was to be taken to the table, have out food delivered and the table cleaned. I always tip my servers, bit this was worth a couple if quid at most, no one did anything that was above and beyond. Appreciate this is the way the industry is going to enable employers to pay their staff less. Appreciate I have the option to refuse to pay it. But I had to search on the app to see this hidden option and would then have speak to a server, being English it’s not something we really do.

All the burgers were so good the whole table was quiet as everyone was busy eating. It has a nice atmosphere. The staff were brilliant.

Delightful pub like atmosphere with delicious burgers and fries! We had an order of onion rings, too, and they were the best we’ve ever had! Service was excellent and prices were reasonable.

We had the idiot burger and the bhaji burger, both were very tasty, with some good crispy chips. Service was friendly and prompt. However, it does feel quite expensive for just 2 burgers and chips.

We had chosen the restaurant as a surprise for my daughter’s birthday since she's always wanted to try Street Burger (and because she's a huge fan of Gordon Ramsey. We had an early evening booking and the restaurant was pretty quiet considering it was a Friday at Covent Garden. The food itself was nothing special. I suppose a burger is a burger, right? Not particularly generous portions and really just a run of the mill burger and chips for £24 each. served at a slightly sticky table. The chap serving us was polite enough although perhaps didn't quite warrant the included surcharge of over £40. We were with friends who didn't want to cause a fuss, so we paid up. Oh well. Would I go back again? Probably not in a hurry. I'm not quite sure what we were expecting, but we left this rather ordinary street burger restaurant slightly underwhelmed. Gordon Ramsey might have his name over the door but that's about it I'm afraid. We consoled ourselves with some red wine, which was okay.
