Excelente comida, precios altos. Servicio atento pero deberían cuidar los tiempos. Tener los platos de los dos tiempos encimados en la mesa no es agradable. Ojalá incluyeran vinos locales (no todo es California) y por favor, ¡no revuelvan el vino en la copa antes de que lo pruebe el comensal! Da desconfianza tanta agitadera de inicio.

What an amazing experience! We are big fans of the Hell's Kitchen show and other Gordon Ramsey shows like Master Chef. The food was amazing, came out quickly, and was worth the price. We went to celebrate our fifth anniversary and every staff member who helped us this evening congratulated us. It made everything so much more special and personal. Our waiter was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable about the dishes. Thank you all so much for the amazing food and experience, we will remember this forever!

Beautiful place great view. I had a problem with my fillet . I asked for medium rare and I received medium rare. The presentation was not as to be expected . The meat was separating ,the garnish on top was limp and shredded , definitely not worthy of a Gordon Ramsey restaurant . I also when making reservations made it known it was my wife’s birthday. There was nothing extra for this day , where capitol grill would have champagne on the table , a special birthday desert at the end , just little extras that make it special. Very surprised it was not to my expectations.

Such an amazing place! I mean the ambience goes without question. I took my Girlfriend there for her Birthday dinner, and she had a great time. However, I would've enjoyed it, if our server Isaiah payed more attention to us. Throughout the night he checked on us about three times, out of one; I asked him if he could talk to the chef and make a request for me. He first gave me some BS excuse about the food being prepped 40hrs ago, before following my order. We were waiting for him to return with an answer... When he finally arrived (after I asked another server to find him, because he was talking in the corner doing nothing, ignoring the hands of his customers requesting for him in a polite manner.) I asked any update about my request? He proceeded to lie and say no they can't do that. I ordered the 8 ounce filet mignon well done, which came back dry and undercooked, pink in the middle. I will recommend my friends to come to this place, but as they're heading there ...to pray that Isaiah is not their server. What happened to those days when servers used to go find something to do or walk around and asking every table are you alright? Do you need any assistance? How's the food going? Nowadays they only care about their tips. By the way I didn't leave a tip because ISAIAH didn't deserve one.

Isaiah our server earned an extra tip for his gracious, friendly service. He’s a 5 star guy. Made my friend’s birthday dinner special. Thank you.

It was me and my daughter’s first time at Hell’s Kitchen and we absolutely enjoyed it! I am a BIG FAN of Gordon Ramsey as I have watched every TV show that he does…PERIOD! Hell’s Kitchen is my favorite so I wasn’t disappointed with my experience there and I can’t wait to come back. Our waiters were attentive and friendly. The food was delicious too!!!

Whilst it may be deliberate and we were not informed the food was bordering on cold. I’ve eaten at Hells Kitchen Las Vegas twice and this place is a different atmosphere completely. The service charge at 20% is automatically applied, then they hand you the check asking for a tip as well. It doesn’t say additional it simply is the bill with ‘Tip’. Unlikely to return, which is a shame.

The food is expensive but worth every cent. The service is good and the experience was great. The location and view of he harbor were lovely and comfortable.

Customer service was less than desirable from the hostess to our server. For instance, Host wouldn’t seat us until the entire part was there, but there was a table behind us who was seated without their complete party. After our was served, our serve didn’t come back once to check on us to see if we needed anything else and he seemed when I asked him for the bill. All patrons should have the same customer service.
