Chef Miguel Rivera has been working in the restaurant industry for over 40 years. Subsequently, around 20 of those years have been spent cooking in the well known Italian restaurant IL Mulino NY, previously located inside of Caesars Palace in the forums shop.

Some amazing opportunities I've experienced include being a part of the Vegas UNCORK'D by Bon Appetit for five consecutive years. Previously, IL Mulino NY has been nominated for the titles of Top Ten Italian Restaurants in the country and Best Italian Restaurant in Las Vegas. Also, the American Academy has graciously awarded my cooking with the "Golden Plate Award". My goal for Gondola is to incorporate new flavors of Italian cuisine from the Las Vegas Strip to your local neighborhood. I look forward to honing my skills in the kitchen and expanding the restaurant to provide the community with more Italian novelties.

My wife and I made a reservation for a valentine’s dinner. They had a special menu which was problematic because my wife is allergic to shell fish. They let us order off their regular menu. The food was great. A go to in the future.

This is one of my very favorite places, not just in Vegas, but anywhere. Not a glamorous location, but dont let that deter you. Family owned, very personal service. But what really amazes is the quality of the food. From osso bucco to salmon to veal, the food is superb. Ivery highly recommended.

This is without a doubt, one of the best Italian restaurants in the Las Vegas area! I’m Italian who use to live in New York which is known for Italian food. Gondola compares easily to old style Italian food! Everything is fresh and homemade! It takes a lot to impress me with how people cook Italian food and Chef does it RIGHT!! This is probably my fifth time eating there and never disappoints! Love the food, love the family and wait staff! Also love the fact that I don’t have to travel to the strip to get great food!! Thanks Chef and family!! 🩷

Gondola never disappoints. The food is fabulous and so is the service. This is a family owned restaurant and ding here is like dining with family. Terrible location but so worth the visit

This is a hidden gem tucked in a strip mall that gets no street traffic and has no curb appeal. But once inside it’s a different story. Great food prepared by the owner chef, quiet elegant ambiance, white tablecloths and impeccable service. If you support family businesses, this is your place.

I continue to take every guest and/or client that I can to this wonderful restaurant. And each person I have taken has also gone back time and again. I can't say enough about the food -- each item I have tried as been great. And this time, they actually did a "custom" dinner for one of the guests! They go overboard in making each guest's dining experience one that they will come back for.
