Chef Miguel Rivera has been working in the restaurant industry for over 40 years. Subsequently, around 20 of those years have been spent cooking in the well known Italian restaurant IL Mulino NY, previously located inside of Caesars Palace in the forums shop.

Some amazing opportunities I've experienced include being a part of the Vegas UNCORK'D by Bon Appetit for five consecutive years. Previously, IL Mulino NY has been nominated for the titles of Top Ten Italian Restaurants in the country and Best Italian Restaurant in Las Vegas. Also, the American Academy has graciously awarded my cooking with the "Golden Plate Award". My goal for Gondola is to incorporate new flavors of Italian cuisine from the Las Vegas Strip to your local neighborhood. I look forward to honing my skills in the kitchen and expanding the restaurant to provide the community with more Italian novelties.

This is my fourth visit here in less than a month. This has become my FAVORITE restaurant in all of Las Vegas. I hope that more of you take my recommendation and try this restaurant. The ambiance is nice and quiet, and everything tastes great, from their homemade rolls, to their soups, pastas, salads and entrees. Everything is made from scratch except the gelato. The owners work tirelessly to make this a true wonderful dining experience. We are even going to go there on Christmas with the family!

The catch of the day, Chilean sea bass was fresh & moist over a generous bed of baked beans. Clams & Linguine & sauce, a very generous portion was excellent. Will definitely repeat next time. The arugula salad was overdressed with dressing. the greens were fresh & will ask next time to serve undressed with dressing on the side. Excellent attentive service.

Great service and food. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend the place. It is quiet and definitely a hidden gem

This was our first time eating here and we both agree it was one of the best experiences we have had. The meal was absolutely amazing and the service was great!! We will definitely be returning to try more off of their menu! The desserts were to die for and made the perfect ending to a wonderful and relaxing meal.

It was our first time having dinner at this restaurant and my family and I had a great time there. The food was delicious and they were all friendly and kind. We are definitely going back to try their menu because we had the Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you for a wonderful time!

We dined here a lot and it never disappoints! My husband loves the chicken parm. I love the clams casino. They have a separate munu of specials— appetizers, pasta and entrees, everything made from scratch. I love the eggplant rolatini, which is an appetizer. That and a side of pasta is perfect. Plus the people are just so nice. Beautiful restaurant and it’s like dining with family

Food was ok I had the capilenni San Marco it was bland shrimp were good sauce not so much. Husband had the special lasagna he did nit like it much.

I am ecstatic to have found this amazing restaurant. I tell everyone I know about it -- it is a true hidden gem in Las Vegas. I have now tried over 6 entrees, each one better than the next. The pollo piccata is AMAZING. Everything is made from scratch, except the gelato. Even the bread rolls are out of this world. And my friends who have gone there based upon recommendations also agree this is one of the best restaurants in all of Las Vegas. You won't be disappointed regardless of what you order. Service is also exceptional. You wouldn't think such a nice restaurant is in this location, but the ambiance is very nice and the background music very nice and quiet enough to enjoy a conversation while dining. I can't say enough about Gondola. Try it and I promise you won't be disappointed!

I wish you could add a sixth star for food that is superb! Absolutely every dish was flavorful and served by family that loves what they do Not enough accolades exist for this one!

The location is not great, but once you get inside, the ambiance is wonderful, very friendly staff, & very good cuisine. Chef Miguel will prepare any way you like. Nadiah is a wonderful host(ess). Everything is homemade by Chef (except the Gelato) and quite wonderful. Try the lasagna, but everything is quite good. We go often even though it is more than 15 minutes away (LOL)!!
