We went for a Sunday roast and was not impressed! Nothing was fresh. Meat was from a packet as was were the roast potatoes. All the vegetables were dry as though they had been defrosted then reheated and stored on the hot plate till serving. The only reason for choosing The Goddards was to be able to sit and eat in the garden as it was a sunny day

Excellent pint of Proper Job, nice meal too. Excellent Customer Service with a smile provided by Suzanne and Aine Only down side is dogs are accepted in an eating area!

First time my friends had been from ordering to service was easy quick and the food was delicious cooked how everyone liked it worth a visit try to book first gets busy will definitely use them again when we are next in Swindon we'll done to all the staff

Service was great, team working the bar and service were prompt and friendly. Food was a little cold and not quite seasoned/sauced enough.

They got my steak wrong as I said rib eye and they put rump & so had to wait for mine as my bday & my 2 friends ate well before me as mine wasn’t ready at same time
