   Difficult to make large bookings online and required persistence and helpfulness of Pittwater staff to work this out. Once done, the food options, venue (light and space), staff assistance and ambience were terrific and we had a great family reunion lunch.

   I wish I'd known there was a concert on; I wouldn't have booked. The noise in the restaurant was horrendous, although it did improve once the concert goers left. We waited over an hour for the food, most of which was barely luke warm by the time it arrived - mainly because it was sitting on a shelf in the kitchen because there wasn't anyone to bring it out! One of the meals was so cold a replacement was brought out but it was really too late by then. I must say, the meals we've had there previously have been pretty good.

   I was so impressed. We booked a table for my husbands birthday for the extended family. The manager came out and made sure we were happy and was just so wonderful with the kids, came and brought them extra tokens for the games and even some temporary tattoos. When we said it was my husbands birthday she came with his dessert topped with a lit candle and stayed to sing happy birthday then offered to take a photo of us all together. What a service!!!

   It’s always nice to go to Glasshouse restaurant, but the past two times when I’ve ordered the small size chicken Parma’ it was overcooked and hard. I had to request the gravy which wasn’t with the meal. I think they may be rushing meals and that causes cooking too fast.

   For Christmas day I feel like the atmosphere could have been better. We waited 40 minutes for food and they forgot our dessert

    Was great but slow took over 3 hours to serve us Desert waited 90 mins only to be assured it was coming A lot of staff walking around but doing little Eftpos machine held up bar for 15 mins Left angry
