Ireland inspires us at Glas. We source the best local produce to produce an innovative and delicious menu with vegetables as the star. Glas is about exciting, eclectic flavours, complemented by a carefully curated menu of wines and cocktails.
Children are welcome for lunch, but children under 10 are not catered for after 5.00 pm.

This was our third visit to Glas. It has never disappointed. Let me start with something most people don’t consider. Accessibility. My wife uses a wheelchair and I noted this in my booking. When we arrived we were welcomed and taken to our table. The restaurant is fully accessible with a ramp to the lower section and there is an accessible toilet. The waitress had already removed the table chair for my wife (even though we requested it back as my wife prefers a comfy chair) and it was nice to know they had thought about our arrival in advance. As always the food was spectacular. Every dish is special and not something you get anywhere else. Each serving provides a multitude of tastes. The wine (rioja) was delicious as was the espresso martini. We also had a wonderful chat with the staff at the end of our meal and we found their attentiveness during our meal to be spot on. Excellent all round. We make the effort to get to everytime we visit Dublin and are excited already for our next visit.

We were visiting from Chicago where we have eaten at a similar vegan concept price fixed restaurant that is also GF-Bloom. We had similar expectations but felt the food fell a little short. My son ordered the squash for his main and it was excellent. My radish appetizer was excellent. The kale starter was just ok and the mushroom main course was also average. We had asked for recommendations from our server.

Only my second time eating here, but this is now my favourite restaurant in Dublin and very possibly all of Ireland! I am NOT a vegetarian, but the menu here is just so imaginative and the food genuinely blew me away. Service was very enthusiastic and unfussy and I enjoyed talking to our waiter about the food as myself and my partner had lots of questions!! The wine was excellent also. Already booked to come visit again.

We had the 2course lunch menu, delicious. Never eaten vegan food before and had a visitor over from England who is vega. I thoroughly enjoyed my food and would highly recommend! My vegan friend was really impressed!

The Mushroom main was delicious, the restaurant was warm and cosy, a welcome relief from the November cold, beautiful decor and helpful staff. I've been twice and look forward to going again

Absolutely stunning food that reminds you of how wonderful it is to be able to taste. Incredibly well thought out dishes, amazing deal on the early bird, and all around it was a delight to be there, the service was amazing. My new favourite restaurant in the world!
