The dining room opens at 6:30 in the morning and serves the longest breakfast in Tokyo, extending until noon. The dinner menu features elegant Italian fare, specializing in seafood. Dinner service begins at 6:00 in the night. Select between a la carte and chef’s tasting course menus, perfect for any occasion. 自分へのご褒美で一人でディナーに利用しました。お料理、夜景、お店の雰囲気、どれも素晴らしかった。またサーブのタイミングや、スタッフの方々の距離感が絶妙でとても居心地よく過ごせました。

Very kind and sweet service! We spent a lovely night here. The food was wonderful, and the view was gorgeous! Highly recommand!

Sunday Evening dinner was beyond our expectations. We were able to order their December Xmas special menu on their first day. Seated near the window, we had the view of Ginza Tokyo Tower all to ourselves.

Hit and miss tasting menu at casita in the Celestine hotel. Good dishes were excellent — notably the pasta with sea urchin and the wagyu tenderloin — but the menu was too inconsistent to truly merit the price or a recommendation from me. If you go I suggest a la carte. The service was incredibly good, and location and ambience were excellent, but the tomato snow crab amuse bouche was flavourless. The cod and potato croquette amuse in bird nest pastry was interesting and tasty. The octopus crudo had little flavour and was rubbery and possibly should have been sourced better or sliced thinner -- though sliced thinner than tako so I can't fully say, the flounder crudo had little flavour, and the yellowtail crudo with citrus was outstanding — a rollercoaster on a single plate. The salt cured snapper was tasty but not special and there were issues with the skin separating from the meat. It was plated very nicely as was all the food. Also the drinks were fine but not great — limited and middling selection of wine by the glass and the gin basil smash had so much basil pulp it was hard to drink, but it was flavourful . Had I paid half what I paid I would have been fine with it — and yes I know this is Tokyo and things are expensive here, but, a week earlier, we paid twice this for a meal and I was over the moon for it. Seems like most of the ingredients for a great restaurant are here if they can just get the food right!

銀座４丁目交差点から程近いビルの地下にある小さなレストランだが、堅苦しくなく、きれいで、この位置でこれだけの料理が出るのはコスパがいいと思う。旬の食材をうまく使うフレンチで、グラスで取ったワインのお勧めも良かった。
