Giannini’s offers an upscale, contemporary spin on the trendy Italian New York style, with minimalist décor of high end material seating and dark wood tables. Marble floors and an open kitchen complete this elegant, no-frills atmosphere where enticing aromas and succulent textures and flavors command center stage.
The guests will enjoy a signature dining experience from pre-dinner drinks and food sliders in our Martini & Appreciative trolley whilst enjoying the panoramic views over the bustling River Nile in the evening.
Giannini’s offers a modern authentic Italian cuisine, which is a true interpretation of the Chefs vision, going outside the schemes to offer something different. Every Italian community has la mamma; the mother figure whose recipes are her most precious possession, passed down generations.     Great Italian restaurant in the Sheraton Cairo Hotel, beware portions are huge! Service is excellent, after traveling for weeks it was nice to enjoy a comfort meal. Veal was excellent and a good starter, but large was the Caesar Salad.

    The sitting is amazing The table was with a nile view which was really good The staff are perfect and up to the standards The food is good The beef carpaccio was good, the seafood pizza was normal…not wow but not bad

    Huge thanks to Sandy from F&B as well as the waitering team for making the night a very memorable night, for their complimentary apperatifs & welcome drink as well as for making sure guest satisfaction is at best. Not only will I bring my business dinners with top worldwide executives to Giannini’s, I’ll also write to Marriott management thanking them for this team. Huge thanks to the team once again.

    No atmosphere. Could be in a cantine of hospital. Locale was empty. They didn’t get out open table reservation and let us wait for 5 minute

    We were looked down upon by the staff. Very unpleasant experience. We were told that they were fully booked, before I told them I had a reservation. Yet there was only 1 table occupied apon entering and still when we left. Sparkling wine didn't have sparkle anymore. Food was ok.
