The dining experience was very pleasant. The tables and chairs were clean. The food was great. Our Wait-Person was considerate and timely.

We had a wonderful experience at Georgie's. Though busy, the waitress was attentive and the noise level comfortable. The food and cocktails were excellent. My husband had a steak and I had the Diablo Seafood pasta, which was delicious. Both his steak and the seafood in my pasta were cooked perfectly. And the Parmesan garlic toast may have been one of the best things I've ever eaten. 😆 We got a white chocolate cheesecake to go because we were so full and it did not disappoint either. We will be back!

Georgie’s is one our favorite restaurant. That is why we drove from Hillsboro Oregon to celebrate our Valentine’s Day at Georgie’s but last night 2/14/2025 was a huge disappointment. I had the stuffed salmon and it was dry and flavorless and my veggies were very hard. My wife had the Parmesan crusted halibut it was also dry and flavorless along with the hard veggies. We didn’t even finish our meal. For the price tag I expect so much more. You could also tell the kitchen was rushing the waitstaff because they wanted to be done for the night. I heard waitstaff apologize to multiple tables for needing them to order dessert the second they got there dinner because the kitchen staff wanted it right that second. You shouldn’t offer 8:30pm dinner reservations if your kitchen staff isn’t going to give those customers good service.

Very good experience. Outstanding service and the seafood was excellent! Salmon was perfect! Will be back next time in Newport.

Delicious food, friendly and efficient service. When there was a spill and a broken glass at our table it was promptly and cheerfully cleaned up with friendliness and good humor. And the complementary birthday dessert was over the top. Georgie, who was our neighbor in the 1960s, was a gracious lady and would have been so pleased to know that her tradition of hospitality continues.
