The Genesis House of Tea is more than just a Tea House that provides excellent service,
delicious foods and tasteful teas. The Genesis House of tea is a restaurant and venue space that is perfect to host private birthday parties, bridal showers and corporate events, just to name a few. We are a Non-profit organization that carries a heart to serve our community and restore beau(tea), digni(tea) and identi(tea) to those in need.

    Loved my experience at this tea house! Everyone was very welcoming and attentive. Even if I wasn't someone's table, they still made sure I was good and didn't need anything. I loved my tea (the cream vanilla is delicious) and all the fun little tea cakes and scone that came with my order. The place was cute and decorated for Christmas. I loved seeing all the little girls, or moms and daughters enjoying tea together. I am looking forward to going again.

    The server was very friendly and very helpful with helping us learn how the tea system worked/what to order. The afternoon tea tier is a phenomenal way to sample a variety of food, great for first timers and worth the price if you’re with a small party. Tea was elegantly delicious. The only complaint I can even think of is the room is a little chilly but we were also sitting next to windows. Overall it was an amazing experience and would highly recommend.

    I enjoyed the food but it wasn’t very much overall for the amount paid for. The table was very small and didn’t give us a lot of room for everything.

    I loved Genesis House of Tea!! The ambience was absolutely wonderful. Very beautiful building and environment. The tea was spectacular and the food was great! The quiche was the best I’ve ever had!

    I was a little bit disappointed in this experience being there for the first time. It appeared that there was only one person waiting tables & so it took quite a while to get tea & food. The food was so so & maybe it was because I just ordered a sandwich & soup. I think if I went back I would get the tea service with small sandwiches & other items. The decor was pretty but seemed a little plain & all white. Not sure if I will be back.

    We are the Chief John Ross DAR book club and meet the 3rd Monday of each month. The food is great and noise level fine. Great place to hold our meeting.

    What an absolutely lovely tea/luncheon we had celebrating my mother's 90th birthday! Delicious food, perfect service by very friendly attentive server, and wonderful chat with the manager. We also always enjoy supporting a business with a mission, theirs helping women and children with specific and often emergency needs. I will look forward to going back there!
