At Gaucho’s Prime we serve the Traditional Southern Brazilian Rodízio. The Full Rodízio Experience, our Prix Fixe Menu includes two courses, it provides the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Prime Meats including beef, chicken, pork and lamb, which we season and carefully “fire-roast” to expose the natural flavors.

Our salad bar features a variety of highest quality of selected fresh- vegetables, aged cheeses, imported cured meats, Brazilian imported hearts of palm, smoked salmon and much more.

Estuve aquí para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposo con mi sobrino. El personal aquí es sin piedad. Cada vez que giraba mi cabeza, algo se ofrecía hacia nosotros. ¡Me sentí como si estuviera en la casa de mi abuela otra vez! Fue genial. Las bebidas fluían, y los trabajadores eran atentos, humorísticos, y tenían una personalidad maravillosa. Nos dieron una experiencia de un millón de dólares. Lo único malo es que mi estómago no era lo suficientemente grande como para comer más. Gracias de mi corazón. :)

$45 Experience… more than expected! Never regret a meal at Gaucho’s Prime. My husband and I had been in for Restaurant Week and loved it so much we came back with the family, party of 5, to celebrate my son’s birthday. From the time we were sat at our table the wait staff welcomed us like we were coming to a family night dinner. The manager, Andre, also took the time to greet us at our table and make sure we had an exceptional dining experience. It was my kids’ (12, 22, and 26 years old) first time at this Brazilian steakhouse. We started at the salad bar and hot bar. The maple glazed bacon was a favorite. Who doesn’t love bacon? Goes with everything at the salad bar. Loved the smoked salmon, cheeses, and variety of grilled veggies. Fresh fruit including papaya and pineapple were so fresh and sweet. Asparagus was crisp and tasty. Both salad bar and hot bar In combination with the homestyle mashed potatoes, polenta sticks, fried bananas and the Brazilian cheese bread make for a complete meal. But that’s not all… The meat service was excellent! Sirloins, lamb steak, ribs, garlic steak, you name it. Everything grilled and seasoned were presented with perfection. You can’t go wrong with any cut of meat here. Dessert. It’s included in the $45 Experience. Desserts are made on premises so it’s fresh. We had 3 choices for the dessert: chocolate mousse cake, leche flan, papaya cream (vanilla bean ice cream mixed with fresh papaya). Four of us had the flan. My birthday son got to pick any dessert from the menu for free. He had the tres leches cake. I don’t know which one was better because they were both so good. We were told the leche flan is a house specialty dessert. Definitely a must-have! You’ll regret not having it. I had a little taste of my son’s tres leches cake and wished I ordered that too. Next time! My kids noticed how friendly the crew is here vs. the other Brazilian steakhouse. We’re dining here again. Thank you Gaucho’s Prime!!

Ambiance, service and food were all fantastic. Salad/cold bar was varied & plentiful with many yummy options. Candied bacon was a hit. Clam chowder was very good. Service was exceptional. Prime cuts were delicious. Zero complaints as we will be back - hopefully soon.

Fantastic restaurant and a great value for lunch for a rodizio. The food and service are excellent where they treat customers like family. Everyone is friendly and we always leave their full and happy.

The service was poor. Waiters and staff were awkward not helpful. The restaurant is extremely dark, it's hard to see anything. I think all the lights were off.

I am a recurring customer, and as always, Gaucho's prime never stops surprising me with the service and delicious foods. The servers were always asking me and my family if there was anything else we wanted such as other types of cuts. I had such an amazing time, especially it being my brother's birthday.
