At Gaucho’s Prime we serve the Traditional Southern Brazilian Rodízio. The Full Rodízio Experience, our Prix Fixe Menu includes two courses, it provides the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Prime Meats including beef, chicken, pork and lamb, which we season and carefully “fire-roast” to expose the natural flavors.

Our salad bar features a variety of highest quality of selected fresh- vegetables, aged cheeses, imported cured meats, Brazilian imported hearts of palm, smoked salmon and much more.

Estuve aquí para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposo con mi sobrino. El personal aquí es sin piedad. Cada vez que giraba mi cabeza, algo se ofrecía hacia nosotros. ¡Me sentí como si estuviera en la casa de mi abuela otra vez! Fue genial. Las bebidas fluían, y los trabajadores eran atentos, humorísticos, y tenían una personalidad maravillosa. Nos dieron una experiencia de un millón de dólares. Lo único malo es que mi estómago no era lo suficientemente grande como para comer más. Gracias de mi corazón. :)

Staff was extremely attentive and efficient; often checking in and making sure we had all options of meat we wanted. Quick to bring clean plates and kept water glasses full. Friendly at all times.

Whereas the food was good, we waited for over 30 minutes to get seated even though we had a reservation. Our server on the night was okay.

Service was horrible Wait staff had attitudes Drinks were late and some were not even brought out Never refilled waters or additional sides When asked for assistance wait staff was very rude

We went to Gauchos on Saturday, 2/15. We had reservations for 7pm, party of 2, and were given a pager. It was insanely packed, however we were seated within 5 minutes from receiving the pager. Our waiter was pronpt at coming over to us, explaining how they yoperate and taking our drink order. He was very nice. We went and stareted to get our salad bar items. OMG! packed there. People knocking into each other, going in every direction, too.. It's okay, though..we got what we wanted and everything was delicious. Upon returning to our seat our drinks where there waiting for us. Meats starting coming and what we tasted was so good. We ordered another drink ( this was only 45 minutes into being seated) , we were on a date night and didn't want to rush out. Before getting our drink our bill was dropped, no big deal...we waited and waited. Our server came over took the bill away and said you are more than welcome to wait, but i do not know how long it will be. We said we'd wait a bit longer and if they didn't come to just remove from our bill....We then waited... 30 minutes later our drinks came. Thankfully we were not in a rush, but anyone who is might have found this to be a problem...While the dining service went quick, the waiting for drinks and time it took couldve been much quicker...We paid and tipped gereously, however i feel a busines at that point could comp 2 drinks for how long it took. Nonetheless, we will be back.

We had eaten at a different Brazilian steakhouse in the past and decided to try this one. We ended up being very dissatisfied. The tables are packed in so tight and close together that it can’t accommodate having people walk up to the food bar as well as all the servers walking around with the meat. It was very difficult for us to get to the food bar to get any food. Our server took our drink order and then we never saw her again for the two hours we sat at our table. No one ever asked if we wanted another drink, or refilled our water or removed the stack of dirty plates we had on the table. We tried to get the attention of any server to order more drinks but we were completely ignored. The whole point of going to a Brazilian steakhouse is for the meat but we hardly ever got any because there were two tables of 12 people each near our table so whenever a server came by with the meat he’d go directly to these large tables and every piece of meat on their skewer would be served to these two big tables and there wouldn’t be any left for the few 2-person tables near these big tables. We go out for dinner two nights a week and try many restaurants but we’ll never be back here, not enjoyable or worth the cost.
