Disappointing… firstly the heating wasn’t working so it was very cold, personally I would have appreciated a call or email to warn us before hand. They were clearly short staffed so waited for a while to be served even though the restaurant was very quiet. The steaks were really good but the food was served on cold plates so the food got cold very quickly. We payed the service charge but felt as the experience was not the best we should have declined it. Not rushing back

The first thing to comment on was the fact that the heating wasn't working and had we not been notified by another diner we would have handed our coats in as we weren't made aware by any staff member. It was 1° outside so the temperature was far from comfortable. Alex our server was courteous and perfunctory. We chose the Date Night offer which was satisfactory but far from overwhelming. Portions were reasonable but the offer of additional side dishes would have been helpful. Dessert was average and the wine was pleasant. Overall it was a pleasant dining experience but not one I'd rush to repeat.

Overall it was very good and the waitress was excellent. The only issues were the chips were almost cold and seemed overcooked. One of the meals, the spaghetti wasn't warm enough but the steaks were great.

The service simply wasn’t good enough for what you are charged. Feeling of being rushed, quite dismissive and having to ask three tines to get some tap water and a candle lit shows the basics not being executed well enough. The food was fine, but not exceptional, considering the cost of the dishes.

Gaucho went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. They even handed us a card that was signed by a few staff members. This extra touch has made Gaucho one of our favourite restaurants.

Lovely evening, this was my first experience. The attentive waiter Zac was very accomodating of all our needs. Food was deliciously cooked and tasted fabulous.
