Top notch fine dining in VB, we loved the Branzino to the Surf & turf to the espresso, excellent and highly recommended.

I would give six stars for this genteel service. I felt transported. The food is excellent both in quality and preparation. Pasta cooked to the perfection of Rome. The Italian Salad is 10/10. The dressing is so surprising! Excellent. Quiet and beautiful. Chef's kiss.

This was our first experience at Gaston. It far exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional, our waiter promptly welcomed us to the restaurant and walked us through the menu including the specials. We all got something different, and every dish was awesome. During the course of our dinner several other employees stopped by to check on our needs. Probably the most attentive staff I have ever experienced. The food is a 10/10 as is the service. We will definitely return.

It was a wonderful experience. Our waiter was very attentive and pleasant. The meal was outstanding. We ordered multiple dishes and they were all excellent.

We took my mom here for her birthday and it was delightful. The service was excellent and the food delicious. It’s a high end vibe but not stifling.

We had a very poor experience last night for date night. The pacing of the meal was way off, we were seated and ordered apps and drinks, then it seemed like a while before our server came to take our entree order. Two tables were seated 10 mins or more after us (a 5 top and a 2 top) and they received their entrees at least 10 minutes before we did. My wife ordered lobster ravioli, and it was good. I ordered the seafood pasta and when I received the dish the plate was cold, and the seafood was lukewarm. My pasta was piping hot, but the seafood was almost room temp. I am not going to mess with seafood that isnt cooked properly, so I let the server know, he was very apologetic, and said he would take care of it. A couple minutes later my plate came back out, and all they did was add some sauce to the top of the seafood to warm it up. For a place that has a dresscode, tickets in the $150-200 range for two, etc. I was quite disappointed that they wouldn't care enough to ensure my seafood was hot. I asked for the plate to be taken off the bill and we just paid and left. I was not really in the mood to ask for the manager, but I was surprised that they didn't come over to apologize or see if there was anything they could do to make it right. They weren't overly busy, and a minute or two of "Hey we are really sorry, this is not the quality that we strive for" would have been good enough to make me feel like they care about their brand and customers. They are probably making enough money and having enough good experiences that mine is likely an outlier.

Excellent food, terrific service. Their veal chop has to be tasted to be believed. Every meal was delicious, and the service was outstanding.
