    First time at Gaia’s after seeing many rave reviews. The food is delicious and lived up to the hype. The atmosphere is warm and has a regular’s neighborhood vibe which was great. The service was slow and between courses the dishes weren’t cleared in a timely manner.

    My wife and I had a great time. The food was great, the service was excellent and their attention to every detail is greatly appreciated. Great place and awesome staff. We will be back.

    Gaia Italian Restaurant is offering more than just a meal — it’s a journey to Sicily, brought to life by a family who knows the meaning of authentic hospitality. Executive Chef Maurizio, with his roots deeply tied to Sicily, crafts dishes that are as heartfelt as they are flavorful. Our experience there last night was nothing short of amazing! We enjoyed some of their handmade pasta which is always cooked to perfection, and the sauces are rich and flavorful. Try the Cacio e Pepe experience. The seafood dishes were particularly notable, from the Cioppino to the Grilled Octopus, with flavors that remind you of the Mediterranean coastline. Chef Maurizio’s specials are always worth exploring — they highlight his creativity and love for bold, authentic ingredients. Last nights specials didn't disappoint!!! The cocktail menu is equally impressive, featuring unique creations, and the wine selection is impeccable, with many Sicilian and Italian varieties that paired beautifully with our meals. The ambiance at Gaia is intimate yet lively, making it perfect for a family gathering or a night out with friends. The family ownership shines through in every interaction — they truly make you feel like part of their extended family. If you're looking for an authentic Italian experience with a touch of Sicilian magic, Gaia Italian Restaurant is where you need to be. It’s a little slice of Italy right here at home.
