Was there for supper with family. My daughter had ordered a wrap and asked to have the mayo on the side. When meals came, her wrap was loaded with mayo (plus mayo on the side). The waitress apologized. I asked if it would be possible for them to redo her wrap as she would absolutely not eat it. Well apparently the kitchen staff were intent on not redoing that order. We all finished our meals while she waited and waited. Waitress came over like 5 times apologizing for the delay (she was great). About 30 minutes after we'd finished eating, she came to say it would be at least another 15 minutes for them to redo that wrap. At that point, we just said never mind. I have no idea why the kitchen staff would be so mean, what would a 14 year old have done to deserve this pettiness...So my daughter had a dessert and that was that. Manager did come over, apologized for the horrible service from the kitchen staff and ended up comping most of our meal. For that reason, this is not a restaurant I will ever visit again. Plenty of restaurants in the area where we might get a better experience.
