   LA SEÑORITA QUE NOS ATENDIÓ, AL PARECER NO TENIA MUCHA PRACTICA EN EL DESEMPEÑO, DE COCINAR LA CARNE, EN EL BLOQUE DE SAL, SE LE PIDIO EL TERMINO MEDIUM WELL, Y NO SUPO, SE LEVÓ LA CARNE A TERMINARLA EN LA COCINA Y REGRESO PASADA DE TERMINO, AL PUNTO DE QUEMARSE LOS EXTREMOS. ESTA ES LA TERCERA VEZ QUE CENO AHI, PERO ES LA PRIMERA QUE ME VOY DESCONTENTO,

   Nos ha gustado mucho este restaurante y seguramente repitamos. Compartimos un entrante, la picaña y 2 postres. La comida muy rica y la chica que nos atendió encantadora y además, nos realizó unas recomendaciones muy acertadas. Muy bien, muy agradable todo.

   The service was really great and so were the appetizers. The filet mignon cut was  definitely not prime  and the flavor was lacking.

   Our visit to Fuegos del Sur Kendall was a first, and the initial impression upon entering left much to be desired. The cold, white lighting and minimal decor, despite the well-appointed tables and chairs, gave the space an unfinished, uninviting feel, as if the restaurant had just opened and was yet to be fully styled. The expansive foyer featured little more than a solitary host stand, adding to the sense of emptiness. Interestingly, the host doubled as our waiter, and while the service was efficient, the overall lack of ambiance was noticeable. On a positive note, the food was of excellent quality, but given the pricing, we felt the value fell short.
