Frosty’s Bar is back for the 2022 Holiday season better than ever! We have decked the halls across 4 Bars, 3 Levels for infinite possibilities and Christmas fun! We have Sensational Seasonal Cocktails, Wonderfully interactive Holiday Photo Experiences, Lights & Music and the party always goes late!     Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs If I could give Frosty’s Christmas Bar zero stars, I would. I made a reservation TWO WEEKS in advance through OpenTable, planning a festive night out with family visiting from out of town. We even Ubered to the bar, excited for the evening. Upon arrival, we were met with a baffling and infuriating response: “You don’t have tickets, so you have to leave.” Excuse me? A reservation is a reservation. When I calmly explained that we had booked in advance and showed proof of our reservation, the staff were dismissive and rude, treating us as if we had done something wrong. Management was called in, and honestly, they were even worse—condescending, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to the situation. Their exact words? “Sorry, not my fault. I’ll lose money letting you in.” Let me make one thing clear: as someone who has worked in the hospitality industry, this was an absolute joke. The level of incompetence and lack of care for customers was mind-blowing. Instead of making any effort to resolve the issue, they doubled down on their rude behavior and left us stranded, having wasted both time and money to get there. The experience was the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Frosty’s Christmas Bar is a scam operation, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Don’t waste your time, money, or energy on this place.

    Purtroppo per errore ho prenotato Chicago ma ero a New York e volevo prenotare li…ovviamente non sono andato alla serata di Chicago,ho provato a contattare prima il ristorante tramite telefono ma non hanno risposto e successivamente ho scritto all’assistenza via mail e niente,non ho usufruito della prenotazione e mi sono stati addebitati 310 dollari per la prenotazione tramite OpenTable

    For food I mean drinks they were good. I was unaware that I needed to buy on line to get a drink ticket. My husband ended up paying at the door the same price on line where you could get a drink ticket, the hostess didn’t even suggest us paying on line for that deal. Our drink was good but we ended up leaving early.
