   My family and I came to Fraîche from me seeing it on TikTok. It was my birthday and we had the best experience. From the moment we entered we were greeted by a lovely hostess who was so sweet. We had a reservation and were immediately seated even though they were still opening up for the night. Our server name was Melissa and I couldn’t have asked for a better person. From her warm greeting to her great recommendations from the amazing drinks to the superb food. The Oxtail Meatballs were (chef’s kiss) to the Charbroiled Oysters, Deviled Eggs(according to my family) and Cornbread every plate that touched our table left empty lol. For our entrées, we had the Garlic Noodles with King Crab and the Snapper with Mumbo Sauce w/Rice and Peas were some of the best dishes I’ve ever had. Every person (staff) who we had interaction with were amazing. They even brought me a dessert for my birthday. From the décor to the music Fraîche made my birthday great. Thank you for everything. We’ll definitely be back!!!!!!

   The food and ambiance were good. Music was great we were vibing. The appetizers were our favorite, we got the oxtail meatballs and charbroiled oysters. For entrees we got lamb chops, they were tender and juicy. And we also got the mambo fried snapper. It was a little salty but overall still good. Service was a little slow. We had reservations at 9:30pm and didn’t get seated until 10. Our server was Maria and she was great. They may need more servers though because she was the only server in our section and the section was a decent size.

   The food was cooked perfectly and the taste was amazing! The drinks were delicious overall was a great vibe! The chef came to our table and we let him know how pleased we were with the food. The entire staff made us feel special and that goes a long way! The Bush family will be back!

   Excellent food! Everything we ordered was prepared perfectly. Lamb Chops were some of the best I have had anywhere. Go and order a variety of things on the menu they are all worth trying.

   Best dining experience in a while. The Branzino was phenomenal, seriously, best I’ve had in a long time!

   Fraîche is a gem that seamlessly blends French, Cajun, Southern, and Caribbean influences into a truly memorable dining experience. From the moment you step in, the stylish yet inviting ambiance sets the stage for an evening of bold flavors and impeccable execution. Standouts were the Cajun muscles, oxtail meatballs, Branzino and fried Snapper. With attentive service and a well-curated menu that delivers on both quality and creativity, Fraîche DC is a spot that deserves repeat visits. I highly recommend it!

   They’re brand new so I’ll give them grace. This used to be creole on 14th so I wanted to see what the vibe was.

    The overall rating is 2 stars because the host was very pleasant. Everything else wasn't the best experience. From the atmosphere, food, service, all need severe improvement. I highly recommend the restaurant should close for a week or two to train the staff and to work on their customer experience. It's not ideal to be out of so many products on your menu and it's on a slow Tuesday!!
