Four to Eight es un restaurante italiano contemporáneo, independiente, localizado en el corazón de Covent Garden. Establecido en 2014 por dos hermanos italianos cuya filosofía gastronómica es "hermosa y sencilla", y que consideran que la comida italiana se basa en la simplicidad y la calidad de los ingredientes, los cuales deben conformar cada platillo en un número entre el 4 y el 8. Su equipo en la cocina proviene de toda Italia para ofrecer un suculento menú contemporáneo a partir de las combinaciones de sabores clásicos de la gastronomía tradicional italiana. Su menú de temporada captura los ingredientes de más alta calidad cuando están en su mejor momento, y el establecimiento importa los mejores productos frescos de Italia, a la vez que usan los más finos ingredientes que Gran Bretaña puede ofrecer. Four To Eight ofrece una carta de vinos completa que incluye más de 130 contenedores de 14 países, todos cuidadosamente seleccionados por su sommelier de casa, además cuenta con un bar bien provisto donde los clientes pueden disfrutar de un coctel o aperitivo antes de sus alimentos.

A friend introduced me to this restaurant. She eats there often as she works nearby and long hours. The food was inventive, fresh and delicious and the staff friendly and very helpful. Spaghetti Carbonara is one of my tests of an italian restaurant - theirs is an amusing slant on the traditional Carbonara and really delicious. Their portions are large. I can't wait to return.

We had a lovely meal at Four to Eight. It was not my first time dining there, I'd been several times over the past two years and have always had a good experience. The food is excellent and unique, fresh and beautifully presented. The bitter chocolate and olive oil mousse is not to be missed, so save room for dessert.

Really good find. The menu didn't provide a HUGE range of choices....but ample for everyone to have a few great options, and I would always favour quality over quantity anyway. Very friendly staff, great central location, superb food and excellent value. Definite five stars!

Great ambiance and good food. Nothing extraordinary but good flavours and culinary skill. The wine was quite pricey for a carafe and bottle prices were not listed. No air conditioning which continues to amaze me in london where heat does exist... perhaps it was broken? We went elsewhere for dessert to avoid the heat. Service was efficient but no necessarily effervescent. I think there is potential here but at the moment it's functional... potential to be artisanal.

For the first time in a very long time (married 51 years!) we had a "date night" and went into London for dinner and the theatre. We picked Four to Eight because of it's proximity to the theatre. Next time, we will pick it because the food was inventive, delicious and beautifully presented. The highlight was our lovely waitress, Emily, who took special care of us and certainly made the dinner even more special!

We both thought it was a lovely location. The food delicious Service exquisite.... engaging and friendly Neat and clean environment .... spot on for a 1:1 chat ❤️

Good as ever for pre-theatre. Friendly helpful staff made sure we had our meal in time for the show. Food was excellent. Highly recommended.

Couldn't actually fault anything but our problem was it wasn't quite what we were looking for. We'd asked our hotel concierge to recommend a traditional family run Italian restaurant and this just wasn't that. It had modern furniture, bright lights and for us would be more of a daytime or pre/post theatre kind of place. Having said that the staff were very attentive and the food, a modern Italian cuisine was quite tasty.
