Four Marlins Oceanfront Dining is a contemporary expression of tropical fishing lodges from the 1930’s. We celebrate casual indulgence, fresh-caught fish, locally sourced ingredients, an impressive wine list and thoughtfully crafted cocktails.

Under the culinary expertise of our Executive Chef, whose passion and talent inspire excellence from the back of house to your bartenders and servers, Four Marlins is an award-winning player in Key West’s diverse and vibrant culinary scene.

Enjoy an intimate Tide to Table dining experience on our private, natural sand beach. Our 6 Course Chef's Tasting Menu begins with a glass of sparkling Prosecco and features a variety of local flavors. Sommelier recommended wine pairings also available. Fishing in the Florida Keys? Bring your catch to Four Marlins Oceanfront Dining and let us do the cooking. Please ensure your fish is filleted and de-boned. Lobster must be whole. All fish and lobster must be of legal size and in season. The cost to prepare your catch is per person for up to one pound of fish or two lobster tails. You may choose between grilled, blackened or as fish tacos served with a choice of one side.

Esta dentro del hotel. La vista es linda. El servicio es excelente , la comida muy bien presentada y todo fresco. El mejo key lime pie de Key wEST.

Our waitress wasn't very attentive. Water glas was empty and food eaten for at least 15 min before she came back to wait on us. Lobstermac and cheese was all noodles very little lobster for $30. Grouper was a very small portion for the price but tasty. The turns tartar was delicious as were the cocktails.

Three of us enjoyed a great meal - two had the grouper & thought it was great. I had the triple tail special & it was fantastic. The sauces on both were exceptionally good. The key lime pie was superb, as was the chocolate cake. Paul took great care of us and dining by the water at sunset made it even better. It is pricy, but worth it!

As local women who like a beach/water view outdoors, we like to come to the Four Marlins for lunch, but your bird problem really takes away from the experience. Our server was great, the food was great. The birds were NOT...

My wife and I in town from NC our fifth year in a row from NC spring visit to Key West. We out for dinner celebrating our fifth anniversary. We were referred by staff at Mansion by the Sea where we are staying, a few blocks from Four Marlins. We sat outside, enjoying the beautiful ambience and sunset. It went downhill from there. We had grilled sourdough bread before dinner, a big disappointment. It got worse, entrées were not well prepared and over priced. With wine, beer (Not cold) and tip, we spent over $200, very unsatisfied. We were going to order dessert, but decided we had enough, paid and left. I was especially disappointed, being a Hilton Honors Gold status member, with Four Marlin in the Reach hotel, Hilton property. Needless to say, we will not return to Four Marlins, but hope they can recover and improve.
