Highly Seasonal
While our menu will change over with each passing season, we also continue to source the freshest ingredients from local farms to help inspire daily specials. Our goal is to give you the best tasting dishes, the easiest way to do that is to start with what’s in season.
Nose to Tail, Root to Leaf
We believe every part of the plant and animal can and should be used in the process making food. Whether it’s used as a component in making stocks/sauces, as the main ingredient of the dish, or as a garnish, our goal is to use 100% of the entire plant/animal we purchase. The goal is less waste and responsible consumerism.
Return to Cooking
With our wood fired oven and wood fired grill we are returning to the origins of cooking: cooking over fire. Here at Foster, we combine fresh ingredients, classic technique, and an open flame to serve you a meal that’s simply elegant.

Have had the pleasure of dining for dinner and has always been absolutely amazing, took some family for Sunday Brunch and they were so floored they asked if I had ever written a review so here it is…top to bottom FANTASTIC…so nice to go to a Sunday Brunch where the food and atmosphere match the occasion… the Chilequiles with fired egg on top are listed as an entree and totally is but we shared that as a perfect start and it did not disappoint, the Point Gorm Oysters on the half shell were perfect and the Gnudi was a nice way to round out the starters…. Both the Eggs Benedict and Smoked Salmon Benedict were served with perfectly poached eggs and what was explained as a made to order hollandaise sauce, and in all honesty had the perfect consistency and coated the eggs perfectly, bar burger with fried red egg and bacon got rave reviews as did the very flavorful shrimp and grits….opted in for the bottomless beverage option, one of the best bloodies I’ve had…nice touch with pickled green bean carrot and pickle garnish…anyway long overdue review of a solid place for brunch and dinner!

So glad squid is back on the menu. It was delicious!!! Everyone in my party loved their dinner and appetizer choices. The only thing that surprised me was the cost of a drink!! $49.00 plus tip for 2 casamigo tequilas!!!

The food was good, service was erratic. Our entrees arrived while we were still having our appetizers and cocktails which were served promptly. Nice atmosphere

The overall experience was fabulous! Our waitress Erica, was very attentive and made some great recommendations for appetizers and dinner. We had the broccolini/Caesar salad and the brussels sprout salad, which were both outstanding. The entrées were the short ribs and cavatelli with sausage. Both entrées were also extremely tasty and cooked perfectly. The food was excellent as was the service. Our only complaint would be that food service should be slowed down a tad. More than once we were still eating, and our dishes were being taken away. We barely swallowed the last bite of our appetizers and the meal was in front of us. A little breather in between the appetizer and entrée definitely would have been appreciated. Again, food and service were outstanding and I would definitely return requesting the food not be rushed,

From the person greeting you at the door to the bus person it is and has been every time we go excellent . The food is yummy served beautifully and hot. The servers are there but do not hover or rush you. The atmosphere is relaxing and well kept.

The server was wonderfully attentive, friendly, and assisted us in selecting our meal. Food portions were good and the homemade pasta was excellent. The pizzas were enjoyed by all, and the drink selection was very good.
