El restaurant está muy bonito, el servicio es bueno peor es demorado y pedimos aperitivos que nunca llegaron, esta fue mi segunda experiencia porque en la primera el servicio fue un poco retrasado y ahora estuvo mejor aunque los aperitivos algunos nunca llegaron en general la pasamos bien. El terminado de mi carne estuvo genial.Pero la pasamos Bien Gracias

Beautiful restaurant, I loved the lighting and decor. However, the restaurant was very loud, it was hard to maintain a conversation. Parking was a hassle and the staff displayed annoyance and a lack of patience when we tried asking for assistance. Also, the restaurant’s valet was nowhere to be found for over ten minutes. When it came to dining the customer service was mediocre and not personable. Things took a positive turn when we received our food and drinks. The food was amazing in taste, quality, and presentation. The drinks were also very good, couldn’t go wrong with any drink because they were all good. Overall the decor, food and drinks were great, I just wished the customer service could’ve been better.

Ribeye was great with the chimichurri sauce. Creamed corn and carrots were a little underwhelming. I also wish they had a kids menu, doesn’t have to be extensive, just a couple of items for kids to choose from

Valentine day special did not do justice to Fortu. First course was something I could make at home (ONE roll of bread, saute peppers and 2 tiny tacos)-one plate to share! Gyoza was over fried, was falling apart as being sauce dipped. Beef dish for main course was over saulted. Dessert was also blah 😑 (a muffin?? And cheap chocolate dipped strawberries). Small piece of purple cheesecake was tasty, but small to share for 2 people (and we don’t even eat a lot). I hoped Fortu, being my favorite, will be yum for Valentines. But, as I always said, got to eat at home on holidays. Because its mass-production in every restaurant during holidays.
