I had booked a VIP booth for my birthday. Unfortunately they over booked and needed to move me somewhere else. It was pretty disappointing because I booked 2 months in advance. Because of this change we asked for a refund (they did not offer this up), which we haven’t received yet. The food and the atmosphere was enjoyable.

Loved this place, had a lot of fun and even with a slight communication error the waitress cleared it up quickly! Was very satisfied with the service and want to go back soon!

Had a fantastic time at the VIP booth! Great service and delicious food! Highly recommend the Halloumi sticks! Drinks are quite pricey...

Food was really delicious & the off peak VIP booth was great value. Massive issue with the controllers, they were potentially low battery or needed replacing as they kept disconnecting from the console. We did bring this up with staff who apologised but didn't offer any solution only that they need updating. So that sort of sullied the experience given that we were there to game & hang & that's hard to do when we were getting frustrated.

This is honestly a gamer's dream bar and restaurant, the food is amazing, and watching the VIP booths play video games from the outside is an outstanding idea! He staff are amazing and the manager on the night was the nicest gentleman, if you are a fan of all things gaming from tabletop, console, PC or arcade, this is the place to be, I promise!

Wonderful time as always, however this time we struggled a lot with our VIP booth controllers - 2 of them required constant reconnection and some of them were low battery - might be time to replace/work new ones into the rotation to ensure they are all charged up between parties. Food was delish, thanks again for a great time as always!

We really enjoyed Fortress. It was not what I was expecting but young or old it had something for everyone. The food was great, the service was brilliant and it was value for money. It was a unique experience

Great place to eat and play with exceptional vibes. Staff were fabulous and in particular the staff member who came over to our table while we where playing Scrabble, helped us play, and had some good laughs! Overall incredible experience made complete by the good vibes and the genuine, kind, and interested staff. :)
