El restaurante Fork, reconocido por su cocina estadounidense contemporánea desde hace más de 15 años, cuenta con el menú del chef Eli Kulp, consagrado en 2014 como el mejor nuevo chef por Food & Wine, inspirado en los mejores productos, mariscos y carnes de la región, así como en la rica historia de la zona.     El lugar es muy lindo y cálido y el servicio muy bueno, la comida estaba bien aún que esperaba más. En general me gusto el lugar pero por el servicio y el ambiente, la comida le falta un toque más de sabor.

    First time at Fork for one of, if not the, best brunches I’ve ever experienced. Beautiful restaurant, great service & the food… just Wow. The 3 of us had the big breakfast, steak & eggs & the omelet. Everything on every plate was an absolute delight to taste. My big breakfast had the best poached eggs I’ve had in my 60 years & were like perfect clouds. My mouthy is watering just thinking about them. The sausages were perfect, the home fries were outstanding & the biscuit was incredible. The other 2 plates were just as good. Do yourself a favor & get to Fork for brunch. We’ll be back for dinner that’s for sure!

    Excellent space and food. Portions on the smaller side but you definitely have enough to eat once you are through. Recommend!!!

    My last evening in Philadelphia ended in a bad experience. I was anticipating a pleasant dinner and the person at reception, through his inability to be the least bit pleasant, set about convincing me that I was going to spend an uncomfortable evening sitting at the bar. The cheerfulness of the waiters failed to change my unpleasant first impression.

    Overall, Fork delivers an unforgettable dining experience with delicious food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We ordered, cocktails, scallops, carrots, duck confit, 45 day aged New York strip, followed by cheesecake, chocolate, tart, and espresso.  The plating and the flavors were superb.

    One of the best meals we have had in Philly. I like the structure of the menu. It offers alot of opportunities to share and taste different flavors. This restaurant is a staple in Philly, and I can see why. This restaurant has elevated to my top 3 fave restaurants in the city. We definitely will be back.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Fork. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable and our entrées were delicious. Fork also had a nice selection of beers, wines and cocktails.
