   When we first got there it took almost 30 minutes to get our drinks, when they came out they were made wrong. Food was not great and again took almost an hour and a half to come out. It was not busy there was no reason.

   Great food. Great service. A bit loud but not in a bad way. People were just excited to be there and are having a great time. Will be a repeat customer. We had a party of four with reservations. We all ordered something different and it was all fabulous! The fried artichoke appetizer with the spinach cream dip was better than any fried artichoke dish we’ve had in Europe and we go there a lot. Casual elegance with great service and incredible food. Highly recommended and we are locals.

   Tucked into Aviles Street, the oldest in St. Augustine, you’ll find this nicely appointed gem with a beautiful bar and both indoor and sidewalk seating. We enjoyed the tuna tartare and charcuterie platter, followed by entrees of mahi-mahi and mussels. There are several vegetarian options to choose. This was our second visit and is on our list if ever back in St. Augustine.

   The food was so delicious we ate there twice during our one week visit. During our first visit, our server (James) was excellent! He was part of the reason we went back! But our server the second time was horrendous. Luckily the lady that had been under James’ training earlier in the week noticed us and came to help our server out. I would still go back but be more specific about our waiter.

Consistency in hospitality is incredibly important to us, and we’re addressing your feedback with the team.    We were stuck by a train and a little late. They were accommodating. We ordered a salad, burger and two duck pasta dishes. The pasta dishes were more brothy/watery than saucy. And they came out just warm in temperature. Almost like it had been sitting out? Flavor was good and I was hungry so I demolished mine! Service also felt like it took longer than usual but when they did it was attentive. I'll still come back but didn't feel like it was up to par and value. It was 48 dollars for my pasta and a drink.

The duck pasta definitely shouldn’t be watery, and it should’ve been served hot, so we’ll check in with the kitchen team to make sure we’re hitting the mark. Nick was your server that evening, and we’re glad to hear he was attentive, but if anything ever feels off during your meal, we always encourage guests to let a manager know in the moment and give us an opportunity to make things right in the moment. We’d love the chance to give you a stronger experience next time.

   Our server Abby was excellent. Made great recommendations! The artichoke appetizer was phenomenal, as well as the vodka pasta! We absolutely will be back!
