The decoration is very nice and the beef waiters quite efficient (once you tell them what you want since the waiters didn’t tell them…) but the service was terrible. We waited a while (empty restaurant) before being seated. Then we waited and waited, and finally decided to just head out to the buffet, with still no one in sight. We were happy way through our salad when someone finally came to ask what we wanted to drink and if we wanted the cheese balls (why are you asking..?). They brought lukewarm cheese balls and cold mash potatoes. It only took 7 requests (!!!!) to finally get varnish mash potatoes after half hour (we were done with the beef lol). Desert took forever to come. Bottomline, not the best experience (and the place was definitely not full, we wonder how it is when it’s crowded lol). And when we left, no one asked us how was our diner experience, as no one was there to ask lol

Service was slow, very slow. You would think that for the amount of money paid that service would be great.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the salad bar and food . The lamb was tender and so tasty , husband had beef which was delicious as well . Service was a bit slow , received our mocktail when we were almost finished with the meal . Overall we will be back , this is a leisurely dining experience and we were in a hurry to attend a show at the Civic Arts !

First time at this location. Very nice and the food was good (when they came around). The service was awful. Drinks didn’t come and took a while for the meat to come around. I had to ask a couple times for something else. My wife ordered a separate dish that they pretty much forgot about. Then they for some reason brought the dessert menu before we were even finished. They ended up taking my wife’s meal off the bill but didn’t give her the $25 birthday discount. Just wasn’t a great experience. Oh well, we will cross this place off our list

Service was really slow and we waited 55 minutes for one plate of lamb chops. We asked the server what was happening and she said sorry it just takes a long time. We had a show to catch and we’re disappointed in our experience.

We had an amazing family dinner on New Years Eve. Ambiance was great, and the food was plentiful and delicious! Service was good even though it was jam packed and everyone had a great time. Highly recommend if you love ample amount of food especially fire grilled meats!
