Service was excellent and the meal was delicious. Really enjoyed the setting of the restaurant and bar. The noise level tapered off considerably as the evening wore on.

Servers were awful. Neglecting us. Never came to take our order or check on us.

Service was just so so, the meat servers were good , and the girl who checked us out was nice , but the rest of the service was not best , it took them forever to check on us to give us new plates or check our drinks and water for us. It was my birthday and they didn't do anything special. I will say I've been to other Brazilian staekhouses before and the service was superb compared to here. However I do understand this is their first opening and they were really busy.

After been living in Brazil and been eating in several churrascarias I was very disappointed The service was the worse I got in the last 2 years on ant quality restaurant It’s ok to try them but don’t think I will come back

The price for the total experience was surprisingly high. We will not be back anytime soon. $72 for the salad bar and meats per person is too high.

Excellent attentiveness on the service side. You can tell they are new and are really pulling out all the stops to win some loyal clients, which they did with us! We will be back.

The hot part of the salad bar was cold AF. Guys coming around with the meat were very attentive as well as the wait staff. Way too expensive to have hot part of the salad bar cold. Asparagus, cauliflower, bacon, rice, all cold. Fried palenta was fried too hard. Flame Fire was a better experience. Have been to Fugo De Chao in Chgo & Las Vegas, this one in Roseville, while new, was below the standard. Probably won't return.
