Nos gusto como nos atendieron. Todos los meseros fueron muy amables con nosotros. La comida era muy rica. La carne uff espectacular. Recomiendo la limonada brasileña. También la otra bebida pero no me acuerdo bien el nombre. Le doy 100/10.

El ambiente muy bueno, así como el trato de los meseros, pero nos atendieron poco, o sea, fueron a nuestra mesa a mostrarnos la carne pocas veces, tuvimos q esperar varias veces con el plato vacío pues no venía nadie, a pesar del lugar muy acogedor, el ambiente aceptable, no creo q vuelva a ir en otra ocasión

The folks went above and beyond to exceed their already stellar level of service and quality. Jacob, Avery, Michael and Brontë......plus the many individuals whose names I still need to learn. The food was extremely well cooked and of exceptional quality. Will continue to visit regularly, and also keep with the tradition of spending New Year's Eve among the best.

I was not impressed. As read in other reviews, I almost wiped out in the bar area as we were being seated because the floors are so slippery (not wet) it’s just the material and surface, the meat was overcooked and all that comes around most is sirloin (cheap), and filet mignon was cooked medium (anything past medium rare on a filet is a crime). The “buffet” grossed me out and after two people and a bottle of wine we spent 250$. Just go spend that at Perry’s and get high quality.

I have dined at Fogo since I moved to Houston back in 2003 - the Westheimer location. Unfortunately the quality and service of Fogo has diminished drastically. Upon seeing this location in Baybrook, wanted to give it a try. The meats were hit or miss - with the top sirloin being extremely dry. The people offering the meats would often just ‘slap’ a piece of meat on your plate, much like serving a pet. Others made snarky remarks like, “please grab it from here, I don’t want to damage my knife…” You felt rushed, the meat selection offered was not as diverse as what is available on the menu. With the new generation of servers, it appears the customers are a burden to them, no passion for service exists, and they are only there for a paycheck. Disheartened that a restaurant with well known name in Brazilian cuisine does not hold the same standards. It’s not worth the price with the lackluster service and low quality of meats. There is always opportunities for improvement, and hope that management and its staff take into consideration constructive criticism to improve customer service.

The service was slow. Not nearly as attentive as the Westheimer location. The meat was either overdone or underdone. We didn’t seem to get our preferred doneness. They were slow to replace/refill the sides.

Due to kitchen issues we had to have Christmas dinner out. We were so happy to visit here as the food and service couldn’t have been better. It was noisy but on Christmas Day there wasn’t an empty seat so the noise level was to be expected.

Great place to take my sons and husband for Christmas dinner. I appreciate not having to cook on Christmas. Everything - food and service was great - we did have a bit of a wait for drinks but they were absolutely packed. We will be back.
