   Muy pocos meseros sirviendo carne, solo nos ofrecieron 4 cortes diferentes, muy lento, la barra de ensaladas escasa y mal organizada, baños muy chicos y sucios. Nada que ver con otras sucursales.

   Fui con mi pareja a cenar y nos sentaron en una esquina. Ningún problema con ello si no fuera porque teníamos varios grupos grandes alrededor y cuando salía la carne nunca llegaban hasta nosotros (les servían a los grupos y se terminaba antes de que llegara a nosotros). Comimos 4 trocitos de carne cada uno, 3 de ellos el mismo corte. Cuando fui al Fogo de Chão en Manhattan nos llegaban muchísimos cortes diferentes y muy seguidos. Una decepción y pérdida de dinero la verdad.

   Was seated at a wobbly table in the back, was reseated. Asked for Churrasco experience and didn’t receive any of the hot sides. Food was great otherwise.

   Everything was delicious. I took my friend here to celebrate her birthday and this was her first experience, and she really enjoyed herself and all the food she was able to eat 😃 We will definitely be back 🥂

   Horrible customer service — we communicated to the staff that we felt forgotten and treated unfairly in comparison to the other customers. I came to celebrate my birthday here and I don’t believe I will return. There were numerous opportunities for the staff to rectify their oversights when dealing with our table but frankly we felt offended. The waiters constantly walked by us and failed to come with our paid experience for the churrasco special. We had to actively seek help several times and they continued to forget our order and never returned. Towards the end a customer service representative took over and assisted but this was only after making several complaints and 20 mins prior to our departure. Very unfortunate experience.

   Just disappointed that they didn’t provide the bread with honey. Had it my first time there and it was delicious. In this visit, explicitly asked for it. Ask led three different people and two were managers. They assured me it was been cooked. It never came out.

   Service was outstanding. Food was god but salty for my taste. Problem for us was there was a live singer and the music was too loud. Requested a quiet area but was not given one. We had to scream over the music and couldn’t hear the server’s suggestions. If you like loud club vibes then this is the place for you.

   I took my boyfriend to Fogo for his birthday and we participated in the Carnival Celebration Bar Event. The drinks and food were good; however, we barely was given any food, we had to complain twice that the entire side we were seated was not being provided food while the opposite (same event) was getting food more frequently and more options. Our section was given the fried cheese and honey at least 4 times; while the other side was given better options. Our waiter was extremely accommodating and fast with the drinks.
