Excelente servicio y atención , hermoso lugar entre arboles y la comida nos gustó mucho el mole y las enchiladas fue lo que probamos del menú al igual que las micheladas y el precio razonable para el lugar y comida !

El lugar me encantó muy muy bonito ,la atención estuvo perfecta ,la comida le doy 10 de 10 todo muy rico además de que bien rápido te traen la comida los tragos son delicioso al igual q los postres. No tengo ni una sola crítica que hacer .

I wanted to take a moment to share our experience, as it was not only disappointing but also frustrating. This was our first time dining at Flora, and unfortunately, it will also be our last. We had made a reservation and requested a table by the window upon arrival. We could see available tables, yet we were repeatedly told they were reserved. Despite also having a reservation, we were placed in the middle of the restaurant. What made matters worse was being given different explanations—first that the tables were reserved, again we also had reserved a table, then that at least one was held for the owner. The most frustrating part came when, after we had already started looking at the menu, we saw a party of two, we were a party of four, seated at one of the very tables we had requested. At that point, we no longer felt welcome and decided to leave. I let the manager know, I was told that a last-minute cancellation had opened up a table. Made not sense what so ever. This explanation did not justify the poor service we received and only added to our frustration. For an upscale restaurant, we expected far better treatment and a level of service that values all guests equally. Instead, we left feeling dismissed and unimportant. Given this experience, we have no desire to return.
