   The price was worth it for the food and ambience. Try the Japanese Wagyu starter for the once in a lifetime experience of eating steak that literally melts like butter.

   Patrick our waiter was very pleasant and personable. We were celebrating my dad’s 55th birthday and he gave great service! He was attentive and checked on us appropriately. We had a pleasant time thanks to him. The food was great too and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Definitely a great place to indulge.

   Service - Great service - hostess, to server to staff. Food - Tasty tomahawk, good sides, great salad. Drink - Pretty good recommended Pinot. Noise - Very very loud - can not carry on a conversation across a small table without yelling. Not great for an intimate dinner, OK for a party.

   Don't book a reservation at 815PM if you have more than a party of 6. Everything was fine from appetizers to being served the main course once it hit 9PM everything went downhill. We observed most of the servers leave between 9 - 930pm. Our server kindly told us 905 he was done for the day and alternate server would be taking over. Alternate server cleared the table asked if we needed boxes and then got the dessert menu. Not until 930 he came back to take our dessert order and finally at 10pm we got the desserts. I am a regualr diner at this establishment at earlier times, not once has a person in a suit (Manager) come to the table and ask how we are doing. Maybe it because I dress in regular clothes and not in a fancy collared shirt, I guess I would have to a 49er who dresses up in shorts in T-shirt to get the Managers attention. Again these are just my observations if you want to avoid long service waits do book something earlier.

    I really want to love this place since my husband & I are regulars to high end steakhouses & Flemings is in our area. We came on Mother's Day a few years ago & our potatoes weren't cooked & steak was overcooked (well done). It was so bad we didn't eat pretty much any of our food & left. I went Saturday evening (a few years later) for a celebration & the drinks were great, but again I ordered my steak medium & got medium well in the center & well done on the outside & super dry. We all ordered the same thing & all got our steaks cooked different temps from medium rare to well done when we all asked for medium, it was odd for a well known steakhouse. My cousins steak looked the same as mine on the outside but had a juicy medium center. It was also disappointing the waiter asked half of the table if they wanted to butterfly their filets but not the other end of the table. It would have been nice to be asked since I normally don't order filets I wasn't aware. We also finished our water before we got our food & never got water again until AFTER dessert & I had to ask it twice. I'm giving 2 stars cause the sweet potatoes & banana bread pudding were amazing & our waiters personality was nice.
