We had reservations for 8:00pm they didn’t seat us till 8:40 at first tried to seat us in the bar area and we saw that seat open already for 20min we said no and the promptly but us inside the restaurant. Then heard a manager talking to his employees that being 40 min behind on reservation wasn’t that bad. This is an important night for a lot of couples should be more concerned about being on time. The server was amazing though. Probably won’t come back sorry.

My wife and I had a great time here, our waitresses Jasmine was very knowledgeable on the menu and the way she described it was excellent this was our 24th anniversary and it was amazing thank you so much, for sure we will be back 😀 😊

Usually an amazing experience, staff is always the best! However with the busy Valentine's evening, I don't believe the kitchen had the time to give all the effort. Won't be doing Valentine's there again.

Perfect! You definitely get what you pay for. Well worth it for any special occasion. Food was delish — steak n lobster. Mashed potatoes were creamy. Highly recommend!

We always have a great time at Fleming’s Steakhouse in Pasadena. Melina always has a happy demeanor. She is a professional! They have great customer service overall, but Melina is the best! The food is always tasty and they take great care of you here!

Made reservations for 3pm didn't get seated till 3:55pm only because I got up and asked to check our name again while everyone else was seated right away.

We had a fantastic Valentine's Day lunch. Eric, our server, made our afternoon very enjoyable. He was a pleasure and very attentive to our needs. We were among the first guests for the day and what I noticed was that as staff was arriving they were genuinely happy to see each other. That is important because that is projected on to the customers also. It was easy to tell that they enjoyed their work, and they came together as a team to make our afternoon most enjoyable.
