Absolutely horrible. I came here with high expectations and even made a reservation just for it to be wasted. We initially waited 15 minutes for a server, but we talked to a hostess and she said they’ll get somebody. That didn’t happen, we waited 15 more minutes no one showed up to serve us. Another table we conversed with also said it took 20 minutes before they actually were approached by a server. So if you want quick service, DONT GO HERE!!

Good food, crappy service. Even though restaurant was half empty, turned people without reservations away.

Had an 11:00am reservation. Took a bit to be seated, but once seated the service was great! The food was amazing for the 5 in our party. We had New Orleans Samplers, Chicken Shrimp A Gogo Poboys, and Smoked Gouda Corn Grits & Gulf Shrimp. Consensus being the best grits we had while in New Orleans!

Difficulty with drink orders and substitutions on the entrees. Cute place with a CRAZY big menu. Service was slow but it appeared she was covering multiple areas, she tried hard.

Had a fun birthday dinner here with my family. It was a Saturday night, so it was busy, but not too loud or crazy. Service was solid and the atmosphere was fun. Glad we took the short walk from our hotel.

We did not get any food. The ac was not working. They had the doors open. It was hot. We left because it was so uncomfortable. We tried to order a drink to be nice before we left and when we got up to leave … no one was making our drink yet. The servers were chatting behind the bar. We got our drink to go. Unfortunately the experience was not great.

This visit was much better than last. The manager on duty was much more involved in helping the staff. The other 2 white managers are horrible.

There wasn’t a soul in there on the Saturday before Christmas which maybe should have warned us. The service was still subpar even with the place being empty. Food was decent. Maybe it’s better for brunch when you can take advantage of the outdoor courtyard.

This visit was awful. Bartender was great as she always is but the management is horrible. Took over an hour for food, people just walked out because of no service, management just standing around and not helping anyone
