El chef Mark Monette ha sido responsable por las delicias culinarias del Flagstaff House desde 1985. We are offering a 4-course menu for $185 per person. Due to high demand and limited availability, we kindly ask each family to make only one reservation during this special time. To ensure a smooth process, please have your party size, preferred date, and all reservation details ready when booking. A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation, and cancellations or no-shows will result in a $50 per person fee. We look forward to celebrating with you!

    Big money with great service, however, had to send back an entree. Wine list is not that deep but very expensive. Not worth the drive from Golden area.

    This is a gem of a restaurant. The four course menu is perfectly balanced, flavorful, and subtle all at once. I wish I was in the Boulder area more often as this would be a go to for me. The location is great and has beautiful views. The service is also fantastic. Highly recommend

    If you’re looking for an intimate dinner for special occasions this is the place! My bf and I are long distance and the time we got to spend at dinner gave us so much space to talk and soak up that time together. This is worth the dough$!! They are very accommodating to GF just let them know ahead of time. The service blew my boyfriend and I away. We had reservations at 5:30 and we left at 8! As each course is brought out it is all explained how it was prepared and what tastes you will experience. The length of your dinner is long because IT IS AN EXPERIENCE, not just a dinner. Our waitress Katya was very attentive, knowledgeable of what we were served

    Was put in a small room, cold and they took an incredibly long time to bring out 4 courses

We wish we had known that you were not comfortable where you were seated, as we would have happily adjusted the temperature of the room or relocated you to a different dining room.
