A wonderful California fusion restaurant that creatively combines local ingredients with Indian-inspired flavors. Everything we tried was delicious, including the scallops, chicken kebab, and a few other dishes with traditional Indian names that I can’t recall but ordered based on their descriptions—and I thoroughly enjoyed them. The indoor area had a lively atmosphere with louder music, but we opted to sit outside on the heated patio, which was cozy, quiet, and perfect for conversation. An unexpected touch was a fire dancer performing impressive tricks as she moved between tables inside, though she didn’t venture to the patio, which was fine by us. The menu offers a nice variety of dishes—large enough to make us want to return and try more options we missed this time. I also appreciated that while the food was rich with Indian spices and flavors, it wasn’t overwhelmingly spicy, allowing the quality of the ingredients to shine through. A great spot for unique flavors and a memorable dining experience!

The staff was friendly and very conscientious. The food was absolutely delicious. Ambience was nice. It was a great meal and I look forward to going back soon.

Best Indian food with the most amazing service. It’s a great place to chill. Upbeat and classy. This place has taken Indian dining experience to another level. Just loved it.

The place was amazing - warm ambiance, good music, and great menu offerings. We shared four offerings, all perfectly prepared and full of flavors. We especially liked the Avocado Burrata Cheese Chaat, but the Open Fire Chicken Kebab and the lamb were delicious as well. Fitoor is a dining experience that must be had.
