Destinado a convertirse en el principal restaurante de marisco de Oahu para sentarse y disfrutar de almuerzos, cenas y bebidas, el Fish House está ubicado junto a la playa de arena blanca de la localidad y acerca de forma animada e informal a la gastronomía, que está centrada en productos frescos de la isla. Se sirven enormes torres de marisco, cubetas con hielo con langostas de estilo hawaiano recién capturadas y platillos de almejas, junto con cerveza artesanal local elaborada de forma exclusiva para el Four Seasons por el chef Knaubert. Incluso el clásico Bloody Mary tiene un toque del Fish House y se acompaña de marisco condimentado a la parrilla y verduras en escabeche. Mina's Fish House is excited to offer a curated seafood experience, with a variety of fresh catches from the local waters, supplementing occasionally with premium Japanese seafood catches. The limited seating is round-table, "omakase"-style starring Michael Mina's hand-picked local Fish Sommeliers walking the small seating through each delicious plate. This 5-Course offering features a tailored Amuse-Bouche, then goes into a cold plate, a hot plate, then an entree course, finally finishing with a curated dessert. Various beverages and pairings may be enjoyed a la carte. Maximum seating is 10 guests for this experience, be prepared to sit as a group and get personal time with the Fish Sommelier to enjoy a meal together.

Esperaba mucho más . Esta muy recomendado y para nada tiene ni la calidad , ni sabor que esperábamos . Nos dieron la reservación a las 3:15 y no nos avisaron que a esa hora tenía un menú muy limitado pedimos todo lo del menú y además tuvimos que esperar hasta las 5 Pm para poder comer más platillos . No lo recomiendo !!!

Mina’s was absolutely amazing!! We started with the fish dip and their twist on a ceasar salad and both were outstanding! For our main courses, we all had one of the fish specials, mahi mahi and marlin, and they were all amazing! Rickie was an awesome server along with the entire staff being extremely responsive, prompt, and hardworking. I will definitely visit again during my next trip to Oahu.

This restaurant is very unique and so much beach atmosphere. The chairs were particularly comfortable. The service was very good. The menu selections were tantalizing. The Hamachi sashimi was fabulous. Everything we ordered was terrific and unique. Being in a four seasons hotel, you can imagine the prices were pretty stiff. But for a once in a lifetime experience, I thought it was worth it .

Open Table shows the price here as “$30 and under.” Most entrees by themselves are $70-$100+. Drinks are $17+. Some items, such as Veuve Clicquot champagne and Blanton’s bourbon are exorbitantly priced, with single servings approaching full bottle prices in a liquor store. That said, we loved our dinner — outstanding food and service.

No traditional fish house has a “Fish Sommelier”—a concept that is almost a parody of the term “fish house” itself. At Mina’s, guests consult with an expert who guides them through the selection of fish, its preparation style, and wine pairings. This level of customization and expertise is more reminiscent of a fine dining restaurant than any seafood shack by the shore. The presence of a Fish Sommelier shifts the focus from a simple, hearty meal to a curated culinary experience, making the “fish house” label seem out of place.

Absolutely fantastic! They have some wonderful happy hour specials and the view is amazing. The marlin fish dip is exceptional and the staff was great. We did this with two small kids and they had a great time.

An awesome evening at Mina’s last night. Our server Andrew and all the staff were professional and accommodating all evening. The drinks were flavorful and delicious, the sashimi appetizer wonderful, both mains were full of flavor and beautifully presented. We sat outside and the ambiance was delightful. Thanks for a wonderful experience. We will be back.

Our meal here was so incredibly delicious and special. The meal was fresh, tasty, original & by far a top meal we have had in past 5 years. Kat our server and everyone else who helped us brought top tier service - even their GM jumped in and took our payment (he is only 28 and runs a tight ship in terms of high quality service but with a chic, resort casual feel - well done!). Wine list was excellent as well. Looking forward to returning here someday.
