Food was what one should expect from a quality steak house. Service is where I feel like the difference shows….and….Macie was the absolute BEST!!! There but not there….I don’t know if that makes sense. She helped to improve our dining experience and we genuinely appreciated it. Highly recommend Firebird’s AND Ms Macie!

I’ve been to Firebirds in Springfield which recently opened several times and loved it. Service, food, and drinks were excellent. We decided to go to the location in Woodbridge to meet some friends. Major disappointment. The lobster spinach queso was like soup, not a dip. Ribs were far from fall off the bone tender, on the tough side. Salads good. Drinks from the bar just so so. Service not great, rarely checked to see if we needed anything. When we needed something we had to flag down our server. Not good for a table of 6. Went on a weeknight and it wasn’t really crowded. Suggest the manager from Springfield go help them. Doubt we will ever go again, expected much more!

We love this restaurant and dine here weekly. Always great meals, wonderful service and attractive decor. The management is engaged and it shows in every aspect of the operation. Kudos to manager Kat and our server, Carmen, for making every dining experience special.

Steak was nothing but fat. Drinks were great. Waiter was very attentive. Took an hour to get our food. Very disappointed. It was my wife’s birthday, but we will go elsewhere next time.

Another great dining experience at Firebirds; we dine here weekly for great meals, great atmosphere and great service. Try the hot honey chicken sandwich—very good!

Front staff does not know how to seat &?handle capacity! Excellent manager! She set them straight! Server was great! Food was good steak under cooked initially but came back awesome
