One of the members of our party requested a. Wet and never received it after asking the waiter several times. He informed us the bar was too busy, even though the rest of us received our drinks. Furthermore, he never received his dessert which was supposed to be part of his order. Poor attention to detail from the waiter.

My first time here to celébrate my 21st Birthday. The staff was helpful, welcoming, and catered to us. My waitress was incredible and made it a night to remember for sure! Will def be back soon!

We come frequently and the food is always delicious! Love the Firebirds Chicken Pasta and the hubby goes for the Prime Rib. Service was great! We will be back for our traditional New Year Eve dinner!

We usually love eating here but this time everything seemed to go wrong. Our waitress took FOREVER getting drinks, bringing out bread, and getting our orders. And then after we’d waited about 35 minutes a different waitress came out and had to ask for our orders again and used the f word when explaining that their new system is not working well. Extremely unprofessional!! We waited about 45 minutes for our food, which didn’t turn out great. We had to wait a good while on drink refills as well. After we had eaten we asked for the dessert menus but it took about 15 minutes before our waitress brought it to us. We ended up just paying for the meal and leaving without ordering dessert. Awful experience, we doubt we’ll be back to this Firebirds location.

Ari was a great waitress. She was attentive although there was a huge party in the center of the restaurant.

14 ounce steak was amazing and the BLT salad with the garlic ranch and the bread and the baked potato were awesome. The service was good. There is a lot of ambience. The noise level is a little high, but we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Overall just disappointing. Being in the industry it’s all about our customers. Been here close to 25 times if not more and never feel that welcome back or looking forward to seeing you again or good to see you again. Service was a little on the slow side as lunch took over 1.5hours with my wife’s dish being wrong twice. Manager initiated the first correction of well done stk taco that came out medium. Said she would check back but never did. Just keep getting disappointed lately. Not sure if they had change in management

Another great visit at Firebirds! We dine there weekly because it is reliably excellent every time we visit. I usually go with the "perfect pair"--salad and a sandwich. My bride usually prefers the salmon.

Waitress don't paid attention on the bill splitting instructions. Burgers were dry and flavor was average, overpriced for the quality. Chicken honey garlic was also dry, ghe pineapple drink has no flavor. Not a good experience this time 😕
