Front staff does not know how to seat &?handle capacity! Excellent manager! She set them straight! Server was great! Food was good steak under cooked initially but came back awesome

Made reservations, but still had to wait. One order was never made was told they lost a ticket and they had to remake it.

Food was great, service was great. They had our table ready for us when we got there so we didn’t have to wait all in all a great experience.

Another great dinner at Firebirds! Always enjoy our meals there. Staff are always professional and friendly! I’ve never had a bad meal and love the Black Diamond martinis! Husband’s favorite is the prime rib and I love the Firebirds Chicken Pasta dish. Our favorite dessert is the carrot cake with warm caramel sauce!

Worst restaurant experience in years…. Sure it’s Valentine’s Day, being 15 minutes later than my reservation to seat us is understandable. We order drinks and appetizers, shockingly the food comes out before the drinks. Here is where it takes a major turn, my steak comes out literally chard. I ordered a NY strip, medium. This steak is chard! Waiter comes over, and recognizes the failure, so offers to bring a new one. Ok, the steak isn’t edible, I’m hungry; and paying $40, bring another. You would think that meal would be out on some sort of rush. Lol! No, it took another 30 mins. My wife had finished her meal, they took her plate, and we were just sitting. This place isn’t run by professionals. I will not return.

My wife and I both ordered the Filet Mignon with fried portobello mushrooms special. She had a loaded baked potato, while I opted for the parmesan mashed potatoes. I also added a crab cake to mine. We both enjoyed a cocktail before dinner and wine with dinner. We shared a delicious chocolate mousse cake for dessert.
