    The food, as always, was delicious. Firebird's is one of the few restaurants that consistently serves a delicious and perfectly cooked salmon which has become my "go to" meal. My companion ordered french fries to go with her meal, and the waiter brought her a baked potato instead. That said, she enjoyed her meal overall. I believer the server may have been new and although very pleasant, I had to ask several times for the same thing in order to finally get it. Also I paid cash for my meal and he did not bring back the change. When he saw the look on my face, it's only then if he asked if I wanted my change. I think he will become a good waiter but, for now, he has a ways to go.

    We had reservations and still waited for 15mins, food took longer than usual, prime rib was over cooked, request medium well, got well done. They did correct it by remaking the steak. Not a bad experience but not the exceptional service we usually receive at this Firebirds. We will be back. Thanks

    We had a reservation, checked in a few minutes early however ended up waiting and additional 20+ minutes for a table. Servicer was pleasant, place was packed and hard to hold a conversation with family at the table. Again, we had reservations for five (5) adults, yet we were squeezed at a table for four (4). The food was decent, burgers good, ribs tender, salads a bit of disappointment. I had grilled chicken; the chicken was ice cold and dry; my husband also had a chicken salad and was not impressed. From the time we were seated it took just shy of an hour for all in our party to have food served. We were there for my son's birthday dinner, they did give him a free desert to go, that was appreciated however my son was so frustrated about the wait time to be seated and to receive his meal (he was the last one served) he really did not enjoy it. Disappointed.

    We have come to make this Firebirds our go-to dining for special occasions. Very friendly and accommodating staff. A wide menu and cocktail selection suit our families many preferred dietary needs. Ther food is well prepared and delicious. They can handle intimate to large gatherings. Value and quality of food is superb and will be returning!

    Received an email of February specials. Went fort the fillet and portobello mushrooms and baked potato. It was perfectly prepared.
