    Although we had a reservation, we still waited for 30 min for a table. Food was great, as always, but felt we were being rushed through.

    We had a party of 5 and came at a time when it wasn’t busy at all. We were seated directly beside the kitchen where it was loud and smoky, so that was unpleasant in itself. Although our waitress was nice, everything was delivered extremely slowly, from the food to the checks. The restaurant was quite empty as it was between lunch and dinner time, but it still took 45 minutes just for our food to come. Everyone ordered pretty basic dishes, such as sandwiches, grilled salmon, salads, etc. I usually love Firebirds, but this particular location has let me down twice with their extremely slow service.

    Meh. Lot of money for average tasting chain food. Steak was overdone. Ribs were meh.

    I have been here many times over many years and the food and service were very good last night. Drinks were too expensive. Margaritas and dirty vodka on the rocks were $13 each. Also reservation was at 7:15 and we were not seated until 7:45. The delay was frustrating enough but aggravated when they claimed after we checked in twice that they couldn’t find the reservation. Definitely need seating at front door for people waiting. No chairs and, at 80, my husband and I definitely could have used a seat.

    Frebirds Wood Fired Grill provided a warm, inviting environment for enjoying a delicious meal! The staff were friendly and professional, interested in our opinion of our selections. Our food was served hot and accurately. Highly recommend!

    I’ve never had a worse experience at a restaurant than I did here. And we didn’t even make it past the host stand because the host was a rude obnoxious little boy. When we first walked in and I told them we had a reservation he said they were just clearing the table now. After twenty minutes we asked what was taking so long and he said they didn’t have a table for us and they were waiting for someone to get up. Meanwhile someone walked in and was told they could grab the free table at the bar. When I asked why he didn’t offer that to us he laughed and said ya’ll said you wanted to sit in the dining room. When I said no we didn’t we just want to sit and eat we’ve been waiting 20 minutes he just kept laughing and repeating the same thing. When we turned to leave and another customer went up to him he said to them “Jesus F*ing Christ” and started to complain about us to the customers. If a host is going to argue and be condescending to me and then complain about me to the next customer he interacts with, you bet I’m never stepping foot inside your establishment again. Get a new host. Why would you want the first person people interact with when they walk into your restaurant to literally be the definition of a bully?

    Atmosphere is wonderful. Smells from the kitchen are mouth watering. Our waitress was outstanding.

    The drink was great for the value, the atmosphere was very nice, food wasn’t that great but maybe they were having an off day. I’ve had worse so I would definitely try again.
