   Over all, we enjoyed our dinner. It was a good thing we weren't in a rush. Food delivery took forever. The salad, sides, and Salmon were excellent. However, the sirloin steak was covered in a thick (3/4") grizzle and fat. One might say, "well, sometimes that happens. It's meat after all." I just know that I've been eating at Salt Grass for years and I've never had a bad piece of meat. The sirloin is always all meat. The pricing seemed in line with other places. But for a first visit, I was disappointed in their quality check. Someone should have seen that grizzle. It covered the outside of the steak that was delivered.

   Ribs came out lukewarm so I had to wait to eat while they heated them up.

   Firebird's never disappoints. The food is consistently very good. The baby back ribs were tender and delicious (slid right of the bone). The slow roasted prime rib with homemade au jus and creamy horseradish sauce was cooked to perfection and very flavorful. The parmesan mashed potatoes and port mushrooms side were the perfect accompaniment. Our server Alexis provided well-timed and friendly service. Both managers Holly and Sherry? stopped by our table to ask how our food was. That's customer service. Excellent food as always. We will definitely return.

   My second time eating here, both times the food was just not good. Salads and sandwich may be good, but steaks (tasted like gas grill not wood fired) and chicken (drier than dry, covered in sauce that didn’t help)? Miserable. I highly recommend management eat at another restaurant to understand what food is supposed to taste like. Service and ambiance was really good. The place has so much potential if they could just serve better food.

   Nice place, and we will return. The food was tasty and service acceptable, but for the price, would expect better service and a nicer atmosphere. Pork chop was off the chain, and the deviled eggs got som. Our NY Strip was grisly. Deserts were okay. So that was disappointing. Ambiance isn't fancy, elegant, or sheek, more like a Salt Grass with better food. Overall, I suggest giving it a go because the food is good.

   My first time here. My friend had been before and wanted to go back. It was delicious. Salads were so fresh and big portions. Our server Sam was attentive and a total delight. I will bring my husband here for sure.

    Delicious dinner celebrating my nieces birthday. We enjoyed every dish we had, the onion rings, blue cheese filet with southwest potatoes au gratin and the street corn. The patio next to the fire created a nice ambiance. Service from Branen was incredible and the manager stopped in to check on us too. Five stars for food and service
