    Holiday luncheon with my elderly mom. Lovely service from our waitperson, Dave. He gave great drink and meal suggestions. A great meal and visit was enjoyed by all in our party of 5.

    This was our first foray into Firebird's and it was lovely. We were seated appropriately and comfortably. The menu has a variety of options which is great, although it is a bit pricey. Those of us who generally consumed salads were extremely pleased with the salads ordered. They were quite large, but the folks seemed to be able to enjoy every last bite! One ordered the sea bass and enjoyed it thoroughly. Another ordered a hamburger and commented that it was the best burger he had eaten in a long time. Cudos to the cooks at Firebird's! I ordered a side of mixed vegetables which were all fresh and cooked and seasoned just right. So, all in all, I would highly recommend this eating establishment for fine dining and good service. I would, however, recommend that the music be tamped down and the air conditioning be less aggressive so that people can converse without having to raise their voices and preclude having to wear jackets while sitting and dining. Otherwise, this is an outstanding restaurant addition to anyone looking for good food in the P83 corridor of Peoria.

    Had friends from California come in for a few days and we choose Phoenix location over our closer location of Surprise due to Phoenix’s great ambiance, its larger and stunning decor! We had excellent service and food all around!!

    The restaurant was so cold that it was difficult to hold a fork that was ice cold throughout the meal. I wasn’t even halfway through the soup when it turned cold. The Caesar salad was about 65% cores. Not good at all! Extremely disappointing! The waiter was attentive and pleasant.
